We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenThey build outside a lot, it is loud and dusty. And the hotel should tell you, that there is no chance to come to the hotel by car, the whole street is closed and blocked.
Buffet was good and had, what you need. It is in the near from few market. The staff did her best to make the guest happy

Close to hotel there is ground work, removing the asfalt and installing underground cables. This made a lot of noise and dust,excavated areas remaining open affected traffic and pieton walkways. Room has old furniture.

United States of AmericaI wish it was made clearer when booking that 50% of the rooms are smoking and they don’t give the option to select (nor did they ask at check in). We were exhausted during our time I. Casablanca as it was the last stop in our trip and ended up in a smoking room, keeping the window open the entire next day while we were out helped but it appears our neighbors that second night were smokers as we could smell cigarette again seeping into our room.
Great location, staff friendly and approachable. We ate at the restaurant on the last night and they didn’t have much available but the food we had was good. They provide tea and coffee and electric kettle in the rooms and a mini fridge.
