The hotel is well located and very quiet. I loved the decoration and how caring the team was. They would help me with the taxi and provide some recommendations. They also have a very nice boutique with amazing clothes and local products and the restaurant is also great to get a local and healthy lunch.

Missing details in the rooms, our terrace was completely empty, no matelas , no pillows.. breakfast needs to be prebooked in advance and you need to tell them exactly at what time next morning you want breakfast ( very inflexible for people on holidays)

Nice location , didn’t like that the property is open for everyone and therefore always lots of people walk through. You don’t want to be next to the pool in your swimsuit having people coming from the street walking by and taking pictures

Unique accomodation out of the Medina in a buzzing neighbourhood. The space is huge, plenty for our family of four. With a lovely terrace, very comfortable bedding and great little design details. Walking distance to YSL museum and gardens.

For the price per night, breakfast should be included. The team should make the pool area more private for hotel guests or people purchasing day passes. Not many nice pools in Gueliz, so definitely a business opportunity!

Amazing staff, lovely room for a single person- The bathroom doesn't offer much privacy if a couple is travelling. The pool is lovely but there's a lot of back and forth of people through the garden, as there's the hotel boutique next door, so it doesn't feel v private.

Breakfast was pleasant. No evening dining available, and as the hotel is away from the centre we were a bit stuck. Bathrooms need some updating to bring in line with rest of site but I think it’s a work in progress

The only challenge is at night there are not many good restaurants within walking distance otherwise I have nothing negative to say!

Moro is a true gem! I feel like the photos advertising it don’t do it justice. What a gorgeous and peaceful retreat. If you want to enjoy Marrakesh without having to weave your way in and out of the Medina and love art and beauty stay here! Additionally, it is mere minutes from the YSL museum and gardens. Honestly, this is the only place to stay. In fact, I changed my reservation for my last night in Marrakesh to Moro because it feels like family and I want to end my trip with their true kindness and hospitality !

There was nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel location is steps away from Jardins Majorelle and its busy shop street. The room was spacious and quirky, tastefully arranged, I really enjoyed the view from the window, it was beautiful in the morning. Breakfast was tasty and diverse, served on the terrasse. Its a must for a short stay! We only stayed one night to go and visit the gardens the following morning.

The hotel is situated in a nice and quiet location, the suite had a modern sleek feel and was very clean. All the staff were very kind and helpful, we received exceptional service from Abdullah. The courtyard is exceptional, the online pictures don’t do it justice! The overall vibe of the hotel is very relaxed and we would recommend staying at this hotel rather than a Riad. The location is perfect and we loved our stay, would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Marrakech.
