Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

The staff Simo and Yousuf were amazing hosts and always have time for you. The location is quite central next toe the main square, Jma el F'naa. The road itself is a little delapitaed but very beautiful. Breakfast was lovely on the roof terrace.

Czech RepublicThe riad is very central but surprisingly quiet and peaceful inside. The room was perfect, with AC and room service every day. The bathroom was very small and basic but worked. The breakfast was simple and delicious, even though only sweet options were provided. The terrace where the breakfast was served was a great place to chill and get some rest during the day. The staff were above amazing, helped us with boarding passes and taxis and answered all our questions.

United KingdomRoom cleanliness: The room is damp and everything smells wet and damp. We kept our door opening until bedtime. It is manageable for a short stay but would not recommended for longer duration due to health consideration.
Location: It is a few minutes walking distance to Jemaa el-Fna, there is a curreny exchange just opposite the hotel which has good rate. Be aware that the lane next to hotel is very narrow so the taxi needs to stop nearby street and walk 2-3 mins to the hotel. We have used hotel's taxi service for 15 EUR and there is guest welcoming us at the stop. Staff: The staff is super friendly. Due to delay, the taxi driver has been waiting for us at the airport for more than 1 hr without complaints. We had a early morning flight and the staff prepared early breakfast for us. Lighting: Unlike our experience in other hotels/Riads in Morocco (very dim and cold lighting), this is the only one that has warm and comforable lighting in the room. Price: Great value considering its prime location.

Excellent location, main square, Jemaa el-Fnaa is like 100 m away. in front of hotel there is currency exchange, Staff is very friendly ( young Muhammad was very helpful), they daily made the beds, provided me with whatever I asked for, prayer mat, knife and plate, they accommodated me for early breakfast at 8 am, even when the breakfast time was 8.30. Price is very reasonable and for this price, the facilities and location is excellent.

SpainShower and Sink need to be cleaned, the water stays there hours before it goes, not very comfortable to shave or have a shower.
Amazing location, 2 minutes walking to the place of Jemaa el Fenaa and Souks, where most of the fun of Marrakech is. Good breakfast in the terracy. The most amazing thing are Youssef and Mohammed, so kind, helping in everything and anything, from walking with you to show you a restaurant to taking you themselves to the Taxi after calling it when you leave. Such amazing people with a very high level of Empathy and good eduction.

GermanyIt was quite noisy. At 6am one day I was woken by a loud speaker which I think was perhaps the call to prayer. I was right next to the lobby so the room was quite noisy, although it was mostly quiet after midnight. The place is also a little run down, but for the price and the location this is understandable.
The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very helpful. The air conditioning was good. The place has character and an excellent location, a minute to the main square.

Czech RepublicBreakfast at the rooftop was just amazing. Our host was super helpful, supported us from the beginning till end, despite late arrival and early departure. Also location, just in the middle of Medina was perfect, and very safe. If I go to Marrakesh again, this place will be my choice for sure.
