The only thing I would fault were the pillows which were too big for the pillowcases and therefore a bit hard.

The manager was very kind and helpful. He arranged our pick up from the airport and met our taxi and guided us to the Riad which was a beautiful traditional property. He prepared tea and pastries to welcome us and explained where everything was, even giving us his card with his phone number in case we got lost.

The room was really small, not a lot of space to lay bags out to organize and pack. The shower is open to the rest of the bathroom which makes it hard to shower without flooding the rest of the bathroom.

I had a short and comfortable stay at Riad Minarosa. The space was clean and the Hotel Manager was very kind and helpful. His service was the highlight of my stay! The property has a nice rooftop. I stayed for less then 24 hours, it was great for my purpose.

Nothing! Our shower took a while to heat up and was a bit temperamental, but this did not detract from our stay at all.

The Riad is beautiful and very well kept. It is amazing how quiet and calm the space is compared to the busy streets outside. The decor and attention to detail were superb. The breakfast was fantastic and a great way to start the day. All of the staff were polite and attentive, especially upon arrival when we were given a map of the city and some tea and pastries. The Riad is very central.

From the airport taxi driver dropped us somewhere near and we got lost. But local people helped us and charged some money.

We stayed at Riad Minorisa for 2 nights to exploring Marrakechn. Riad is cosy and clean. Staff are nice, polite and responsive. Delicious and varied chocies of breakfast. We waked up early in the morning to jon the tour, and the staffs helped to prepare breakfast time for us as well. Location was good and easy to find, walking distances to Medina, Souk Market, lot of local cafe and restaurants. We will absolutely recommend to stay here 10/10

The room is bigger than what we expected. During our last day they help us to print our documents and ticket. The staff were superb, very accomodating and very approachable. They even help us with our luggages when we transfer to another riad because they were fully book and we need to stay for another night in Marrakesh.

The room was basic but clean, which was absolutely fine as we didn’t spend a great deal of time at the Riad, there was too much else to do.

We loved how warm and welcoming the family were. Nothing was too much bother, including preparing breakfast 90 minutes earlier than when breakfast started so we could get to the airport for an early flight. Nothing was too much bother. An amazing stay was had.

This property went beyond our expectations to make us comfortable. They were super helpful with everything from bags carrying to our room, to making us food off schedule due to our missed flight, kept our bags on return day while we did some additional exploring. The food was delicious and a lot! breakfast has never tasted that wonderful with local food. The tea was their staple and we had so many smiles from them all the time. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was just as described in the booking, property was very clean and homie. We did not utilize the terrace but there is ample access to the facilities. We felt like we were staying at friends house and were welcomed as such.

Kind and caring staff. Went out of their way multiple times to ensure my stay was comfortable. Very professional and polite. Very, very clean and exceptionally maintained. Beautiful view from the terrace on the tall roof. The riad manager was very attentive. Fantastic location, step outside and enter right into the heart of the Medina.

Thank You for everything. It was a pleasure. The host came out to show the way. We had a delicious breakfast. In the summer time it would be the most romantic place for a short stay. In the winter time it gets colder. There is an air condition heating and hot water.

As I booked the Riad as a solo traveller, they must have given me the smallest room for the duration of my stay (7days). The room is too small to walk around. I had to walk sideways around the both side of the bed. No room for my luggage so I had to leave it on the top of the table which is right next to the bed.

1. The location. It is walkable distance to Square and central tourist spots. 2. The staff. I can’t fault with how friendly & helpful the staff are. They are so hospitable although with limited English but I still enjoyed talking to them with help from Google translator.
