To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

BrazilI never do tips when I go to hotels, but at Riad Terra Bahia I loved the service so much that I gave 10 Euros for each employer. I traveled with my 11 months baby and all her clothes were dirty, I comeback from a tour and they washed her clothes without me ask or without I expect that.

The Riad is just on city center that is very well connected with everything. The hotel took care of everything, even arranged taxis from airport. Everything was perfect and can’t thank enough to Abdul that helped as with everything. He was extra helpful, calling to make bookings for us at restaurants and helping us find anything we needed in town. It was a great experience and we would happily come back.

Great location. Abdul and Mohammed looked after us both so well - always attentive and helpful with booking trips and taxis. We definitely recommend this Riad which is located very centrally and makes a superb base to explore the sights.

United Kingdomthe directions we got meant we had to walk through the tight market streets at night which was scary, on arrival we were met by staff unfortunately they didn’t speak english but were polite. as i went up the narrow staircase i banged my head on the low ceiling which I thought no problem, its an experience. was not impressed with the freezing room as it looked amazing in the pics but stayed and was grateful i had a bed, put the heater on and an hour later there was no electricity, apparently this is also part of the expiration but not nice when the room is freezing and you have to stand at reception drying your hair after a shower. if you are looking to pay almost the same as a five star resort for an “old Morocco” experience then go for it, if you want a nice place to stay then avoid. they also charged me twice.
i liked the pictures online, in reality the property is nowhere near as nice.

GermanyThe room parfume was strong. My friend who had the Suite had only one small window to air. People who have issues with that should have the option of a neutral room climate.
The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff friendly and communicative. We asked for travel provisions and two beautiful Ladys made for us the best and freshest sandwiches ever! It was amazing, we felt the devotion of our hosts! A deep thank you from my friend an I! I heard from other guests as well that the dinner served at the Riad is excellent. The location is in the Mellah ("jewish quarter") which is close to Djema El Fna (about 7 minutes by feet) and Bahia Palace + El Badi just around the corner. Including good restaurants in the neighborhood. Taxi can be taken just 1 minute away from the hotel which was very advantageous for us. Thanks to the staff
