It's cold in the winter. But we heard in the blogs that most of the riads in Morocco are cold in the winter, So we didn't make it's a big deal. Get prepared for it if you go to Morocco in the winter.

Good location and nice riad. But most important thing is the staff. He was very kind and helpfull to us. We diddn't so more polite person than him in Morocco

Cooking smell very strong on arrival. our room was on the ground floor so could hear the lounge and dining room very clearly when meals on. Other guests returning at 1am talking very loudly for next hour- the sound carries very clearly. there should be instructions to guests at night to be considerate of others.

Beautiful room decor. Great breakfast. Nice shower good location. let us store luggage for the day after checkout.

there were just a noisy family with young kids, but this is nothing to complain about the Riad itself. the Riad itself is top.

top location, easy fo find, fantastic breakfast, friendly staff room/Riad is full of mosaic. the romm has AC/Heater/Wifi. they'll also help you out with tours if needed.

there was no air conditioning in the room and it was really cold also the water in shower had very low pressure

Great place! Wonderful! Marvellous! One of my best places I ever stayed in Morocco. The apartment is very clean, and, had all to offer, what I was needing. How nice! They served me a wonderful breakfast. There’s a wonderful terrace with a marvellous view over Meknés. The internet wifi was strong and stabile. It’s in the old Médina, and it‘s close to the very interesting historical city center. I would definitely choose Ryad Bab Berdaine again for my next stay in Meknès, and I heartly recommend all travelers to stay there. Thanks a lot, all, and, the very best to all of you!

When we turned up the owner wasn't there and we waited for a while before the cleaner finally asked us which room we were staying in and took us there. The main negative was that on the second day we found that our room had been cleaned when we returned in the evening (which was nice and unexpected) but the accessible window had been left wide open and the door had not been locked. Breakfast did not include juice.

Beautiful Ryad in the medina with lovely decor in the communal areas and in the rooms. Our room (Soleil Suite) was large and had a good bathroom with shower. They also provide towels.and toiletries. The area just outside our room was also comfortable with some sofas and a table, and just up the stairs was a great terrace overlooking the medina. For Meknes, this place was excellent value for money. The room also had air conditioning but we didn't use it.

Located in the historical part of Meknes Ryad Bab Berdaine is in a perfect location to explore the city on foot. The staff members are super friendly and helpful. The Riad is beautiful, clean, tidy, quiet, and peaceful. It has an amazing terrace to watch the sunset. The breakfast is perfect. Definitely recommended.

The location is excellent, right in the medina. You can park your car at Bab Berdaine for 20 Dhs/night. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good. There is a nice roof terrace. The room is spacious and nicely decorated and there is a very good rain shower. The price/quality ratio is excellent. Recommended.
