The communal areas in the corridor could have been cleaner and we had to ask quite a few times for a robe.

Enjoyed the nice pool, the nice staff. The breakfast was ok. The room was clean and big and the bed was nice.

everything was very good very kind and hard-working staff whoever delivering was not very well organized otherwise the swimming pool and area of breakfast were quite clean

numerous times by the pool I would ask a waiter for a menu and they would either ignore me or say ok but they wouldn’t bring the menu. the pool waiters don’t seem to want to work so I actually ended up ordering food from McDonald’s instead of the hotel for this reason. Other guests also had similar issues.

The bed read above not comfy at all gave me aches and pain. Never had one decent sleep due to the bed and the outside noise just cars vans noise if your bedroom is facing the main road.

Large spacious rooms. Nice spacious bathroom clean, Separate toilet clean. Balcony is nice but noisy if you are facing the street you can hear all the cars and noises right up til Mdnight as its a very busy town. Not much sleep and the bed was a disappointment not comfy. I know deep comfort and this is not comfortable that was the let down never had a good night sleep. The pool area was nice the staff were friendly at the pool area and they give you towels sometimes two if not busy. The food was ok but a lot and of people would eat outside as there is a world of exccellent restaurants outside to experience

Pool freezing. Loud building work next door all day, so spoilt sitting around the pool anyway.

The tour guide/driver, Mounir, based in the hotel, was excellent. Couldn't do enough for you and dealt with any hiccups. Very pleasant man.

The rooms facing onto the road can be a little noisy - so don't book those if the sound of constant traffic will keep you awake (I thank them for moving me!). The hammam, indoor pool, sauna etc was closed and this was no stated on the booking page - that was disappointing.

The place was clean, friendly and had good facilities. The breakfast was nice.

The flooring in the corridors were dirty and my room was not cleaned properly

The staff at the reception and at the door were very friendly and helpful. The lovely female at the desk also gave a a fee room upgrade due to it being my birthday a few days prior. My room was large and spacious and overlooked the front of the hotel. The view from my balcony was lovely. The bathroom and toilet was lovely and very modern. The hotel is central, it’s about 15 mins from the airport and the large market is approx 7mins drive. There is also loads of restaurants locally and the train station is 10 mins walk

Some of the advertised facilities were closed.

Check in very easy with very helpful staff. In fact all the staff throughout the hotel were very attentive. Rooms were much larger than expected, and appeared to have been recently refurbished. Very comfortable beds . (We had two rooms to house the family)

Despite the fact that they consider themselves to be a 5-star hotel, it seems to be a bit aged and needs a renovation. The rooms are dark, walls are cracked, amenities are poor and sometimes there’s some weird smell.

The staff is nice and help you in any way. It has a good location and the poolside looks good. The breakfast has huge selection and I didn’t want to leave, cause it was so good. :-)
