The room was spacious and clean. The location is great, directly across the street from the train station and in the middle of the downtown area. The highlight for me was the warm and welcoming staff!

The staff were FANTASTIC. Mounia, Jawad and Hicham were very helpful and kind. Everyone was very friendly. The hotel was walking distance to Rick’s Cafe (~10 minutes), the Hassan II Mosque (~20 minutes) and across the street from the Old Town.

CanadaLack of menus they seem to have made the switch to a paperless environment which is great but as someone who is traveling by WiFi this was a problem. Pool environment was very unclean the handle going into the pool had so much rust build up it was actuality getting on my hand as I went in the pool other than the pool, the beautiful tub in the room took for ever to fill and was almost no hot water, the towel warming rack was already on and I did not know let's just say it was very hot.
The staff was amazing they went above and beyond to make our stay great.

Nigeriahousekeeping and room check. water heating control was not working, only one cup for tea for two persons, likewise one tea bag. on request the housekeeping lady on the floor tried showing attitude to give more tea bags so I sent someone to buy from the market. room design is bad specially for the WC which was where a wardrobe should have been. didn’t make sense where it is located.

Infact, we needed an extra suitcase & Ali actually went to purchase it for us. Where in the world would you get this service. I give them all 10* rating. Even at breakfast staff were exceptional.
