The view from the Junior Suite on the 7th floor was gorgeous. The breakfast was very good, the restaurants inside were nice, and it’s family-friendly. Although the hotel isn’t that new and it shows in a few places, it’s clear this isn’t just any five-star hotel - it has well-established patterns and a long-standing culture. The service is truly five-star, which is what this type of hotel is all about. It’s now my favorite place on the main island, I’ll definitely be back!

The location was a bit odd. It was out of the way of things. If you want to stay in an area that's lively and has lots going on, this probably isn't the place for you.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and the bed a good size. Breakfast offered an excellent choice and was exceptional.

the staffs are very friendly. especially the staffs in buffet restaurant. the breakfast and dinner buffet were delicious. we are very satisfied. they also have vegan options. the room is big, the beds are big. we are very comfortable in our room to the point we just want to hang in our room instead exploring the city 🤣 there is a grocery near the hotel (lidl) and also small kiosk nearby incase you need something late at night. the outdoor pool is very nice. there is also indoor pool and sauna.

I love this place. Very accommodating and staff are really friendly! Big shout out to the reception staff too for always helping us with directions and parked our car on the first night as we arrived so late Thank to Floyd too for giving us upgrade on the last 2 nights of our stay. Rooms are really spacious!

The WiFi wasn’t very great as it kept disconnecting whilst watching YT.

Location was good, staff were all very pleasant and helpful… breakfast was very good and varied. Amazing we could watch YT as well which was a bonus for us. Very good hotel overall

The hotel was in a great location. Close to Sliema and Sliema harbour and the Hop on Hop off bus. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was great and there was a choice of restaurants. The room was large and spacious and very clean. The bed was so comfy. The rooftop pool and the indoor pool were beautiful. The staff gave us delicious birthday cake on arrival. We loved our stay at the Palace.

The ongoing construction on the road made it a little difficult for taxis to stop in right front of the hotel. However, that is only a minor, taxis can drop nearby which is less than 500m to the entrance of the hotel.

Located in the heart of picturesque Sliema town, it is only 25 minutes away from the Malta International Airport. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the warm and friendly smile of the hospitable staff. The staff ensured a seamless check-in process and was attentive to my request for the room I booked for. The dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was truly commendable. The elegance and sophistication of the hotel's interior design and the content in 'The Gossip Magazine' had every detail of the hotel that you needed to know during your stay. I was impressed with the layout and the idea of it. My room which was located on the 7th level, overlooking the azure water of the Mediterranean. Waking up to it, it has the feel of tranquillity looking over the balcony and with spacious accommodation. The room has modern to eco-friendly amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the view from the rooftop bar and pool and spa treatments. In addition, the impeccable service was elevated to a new level of comfort and convenience. Whether it was at the reception, room service, morning coffee or breakfast served with a smile and met with promptness and professionalism. I would recommend it for travellers seeking a truly indulgent escape in the heart of Malta and experiencing the best of Sliema.
