Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaWe had track someone down just to clean our room/tidy it up. All we wanted was bed made and some sweeping and trash emptied . But all day we had the sign to our door until 2pm they still didn’t come. So then we had to call front desk to have someone come. Another thing is our electricity went out after my wife used the hair dryer and our hair dryer stopped working. She requested another one cause she has long hair and they never brought a replacement. I think we requested it 2 times.
Food the main buffet area was great. Then we had one dinner at Rodizzio and it was not as great as I expected it to be. We had the risotto and it was a bit hard and my filet mignon was too salty. We also enjoyed our Spa time. My wife only did the hydrotherapy part but she loved all that stuff and I got the Swedish massage which was just the right pressure .

United States of AmericaNot a ton of sand to the beach, kind of rocky (need water shoes) but once you are passed the rocks the sand feels like carpet. The buffet food is so-so just like anywhere else I have stayed in Mexico. Definitely want to dine at a "reservation" restaurant every night. Slacks required at the restaurants... I understand this but I think dress shorts could do instead of slacks!
The staff was excellent! The scenery was beautiful. The service was always prompt, never any long lines. The facilities are nice. This is a really large resort! The marine life are really cool in the water, turtles, fish, snails, etc, just ignoring the people, it's very cool! Reservations are easy. Just go see the concierge in the morning to make your reservation. Understand what I say in the negative part of the review that this beach is beautiful for sure!

United States of AmericaThe laundry service was not that great . My son waited and waited his clothes back more than one day and we paid $60 for this service. It was not easy to make reservations for the dinner even though we tried to book on the first day we arrived at the resort . Out of 4 days , We could make reservations only for 3 days at the beginning. The restaurants for dinner was excellent and enjoyed a lot .
The room was beautiful and relaxing. The shuttle bus was easy to use. My family enjoyed it . The resort has a nice swimming pool . The food was delicious! Maya mall is fun place to visit at night. My teenage boys had a good time .

United States of AmericaThe place is to big a lot of walking by the time I officially knew the hotel it was time to leave. No AC in the lobby. Some staff not friendly & housekeeping was slow that we didn't have room cleaned at times cause it was late when they wanted to come. Also to far from airport.

United States of AmericaPublick restrooms were always lack of paper towels, soap and obviously dirty. Room cleaning service is poor: we should ask for soap, shampoo, shower gel even when the dispensers obviously empty. We requested for body lotion which we never got. It was hard to reach front desk around 9 pm via phone, we ended up going there physically in order to request anything.

ArgentinaThere was not too much entertainment for kids aged 9 and had to pay for the best. The restaurants for the night were difficult to reserve seats. They were mostly taken and had to go on unusual hours. The floors of the rooms were mostly wet. I even slipped down once and broke the mosquito's curtain, but luckily, I didn´t get hurt. The beach wasn´t nice because there was no sand and the sea was almost impossible to reach because there were a lot of stones.
The pools were very nice and big and the water temperature was ok. They even had an adult pool. The rooms were very large and confortable and they even had a frigobar with drinks inside for free. The all inclusive was real! They even refill your own container with the drink you wished. And the variety of buffet restaurants was great with everything you liked.

South KoreaThe only thing that could be improved is the set up of the kids club. While the staff are fantastic and the activities were lots of fun, it wasn't available all day and you had to pre book for activities each morning which was a little clunky. There were also gaps of about 20 minutes between activities which meant you'd just relax and then have to collect the kids for a short break. It was still amazing to have access to a kids club, but I think it could have been done better.
This was our first time at an all inclusive resort and it definitely didn't disappoint. The staff were amazing, the facilities were fantastic (awesome if you're travelling with kids) and the food was delicious (and plentiful!). I'd love to return again one day and stay longer.

United States of AmericaDidn't like that we were limited to the number of dinner reservations allowed to make at a time. In addition, they messed up on our dinner booking dates & when accommodated after complaining they sat our family to 2 separate tables each on opposite side of restaurant. Alexia in room service was not accommodating and rude because we did not have a card on file. Rather than assist me in trying to find solution, her response was basically oh well attitude. No friendly or professional customer service. Food at buffet was the same daily. No snack bar available near poolside No night entertainment or live music
Oversized pools, kids pool zone, convenient sanitation stations throughout resort, bar service, friendly servers, clean resort grounds, access to nearby resorts & their facilities, U Spa, daily housekeeping, closet space and social distance protocols.

United States of AmericaPetty but important to me- if you want a fresh margarita - they won’t understand - closest I could get was a Margarita OTR without sweet and sour. Make sure you call the tequila, ask for extra lime and ask for it shaken. BTW, bring an insulated Yeti or similar because the small plastic cups aren’t big enough and the heat melts the ice/frozen drinks immediately- they will fill your cup with whatever you order 😉
The palace was great but if you don’t have kids coming with, you can’t miss the Riviera- adults only side! We upgraded…It is a Zen paradise with a free pass to every other resort. Beautiful sandy beech with infinity pools and delicious drinks!

United States of AmericaVery far from the airport Very slow check in and the premium thing is a bit of a rip off everyone gets the exact same thing except for some silly room with AC where you still have to wait ages. Food and beverages are low quality: -Mixed drinks have no real fruit only cheap mixing syrups -Only two types of beer -Sides are always the same potato zucchini carrot it gets tedious fast -Very surprised that in a country with such amazing nature the variety of vegetables and fruits was very limited i.e no fresh coconuts -room coffee could honestly be much better please find another provider
Big great spaces and fantastic rooms Amazing pools seriously the best pools ever Very very clean Excellent fun pools for children with lifeguards which is great! Staff very attentive Immersed in nature cool animals around the property I.e iguanas Variety of activities (some free like amazing mini golf course some pay like bowling) A tiny cenote inside the hotel! Very very cute and right in front of a bunch of other interesting cenotes to visit (however no safe pedestrian crossing which is incredibly dangerous. Don’t cross the highway even if the staff tell you it’s ok it looks really dangerous) Help with Covid test on site
