The internet... it was very spotty. That made it difficult to keep up with work. Also travelers might want to know that the hotel is not walking distance to the town center, it worked perfectly for me, but something to keep in mind.

The hotel is beautiful! the colonial style of SMA is evident and truly well done. The breakfast included was delicious and with variety for each day. Staff was always friendly and ready to help and assist, truly a pleasure. I got to use the Spa facilities and was also very satisfied. The van for transportation to the city center was a plus plus.

The room was beautiful large and had everything you needed coffee machine mini fridge w freezer a gas fireplace for the cool nights and included robes to relax in during your stay. They have nice pool area with seating and a spa if interested. They are across the highway to the Liverpool shopping mall and have a restaurant w a good Chinese restaurant next door. Close to the center of town.

Beautiful large king room. the bed and pillows were so comfortable!! I really enjoyed my stay. Very helpful and friendly staff and just a relaxing quiet and enjoyable environment.

We went in December so it was a bit cold in the room, but we turned on the heater so it was better. The window doesn’t close hermetically though.

The food in the restaurant was only ok at best. We ate out most mornings as the food was the only really disappointing aspect of the hotel

Helpful staff, though limited knowledge of English. Very comfortable room, huge bed. Location is great, just on the edge of San Miguel, maybe 10 mins in a taxi to the centre. All in all the place was all we hoped for. But . .

Front desk staff do not have what is required in orden of customer service for what the hotel stands for. Parking lot and spaces are lousy.

Wonderful facilites and excellent space in rooms. Restaurant staff are very helpful and have great service attitude. Food menu and beverages are excellent prices.

Hotel Casa Primavera is just a couple of miles outside of the city center. This is ideal to cut down on the street noise that you can experience when staying in the super busy downtown area. The hotel building is beautiful inside and out. The grounds are very clean and very well-maintained. The ladies at the spa are amazing, the massage was top notch. Ambiance at the pool is relaxing and adult bevarages can be delivered to your table. We were totally surprised by the food at the restaurant, it was superb! Not to mention the restaurant will deliver to your room, yummo! Everything about the room was awesome, the bed and pillows were super comfortable and it was very spacious. Huge armoire for your clothes and it has a safe. A lovely mini refrigerator was ice cold. The shower was huge and the bathroom very well appointed! so long as it is available we will always stay here.

I had a comfortable stay with my family at this hotel, great location, attentive staff, easy check in and out. The free shuttle service to downtown was super helpful to us since we didn’t want to drive our car to downtown area.

I was not previously advised that they were not currently offering the shuttle service.

The rooms are very clean. I was very disappointed that the shuttle service to downtown was not available. I would have booked something closer to downtown had I known. The reason for this was Covid. I do believe that for future guests they should be made aware.

A little far from downtown / historical center but we had a rental car and drove into the town (about 15 minute drive) where there was ample secure parking (underground). Only unfortunate thing was we couldn’t have a few drinks in any bar downtown as it was recommended that we should not drink and then drive! But we had a great time anyway!

Very pleasant environment(ex-Hacienda), exceptionally spacious, tons of parking space, exceptionally pleasant and helpful staff. Great value. Would highly recommend.
