Pools and hot tubs were freezing! Birds everywhere.

Good food, clean and spacious rooms, everything was close and convenient.. amazing ocean views and great beach.

Front desk manager was a very unhappy person, in my opinion. No customer empathy when they screwed up. Room was very outdated with mildew stains. On arrival light bulbs out and they could never get us a working safe.

Nurse Julietta was outstanding. Waiters were helpful. Lobby is attractive. Pool and beach was better than other Cozumel three stars..

The best staff. Manuel, Estaban, Paulino and Emanuel and Mateo. They made this trip a 5 star experience . The building itself is old and could use some updating. But we only sleep in the room. Air works, and hot water is good. The best licwtion for snorkeling right off the resort. And mabey its a good thing that the bar closes at 11. 🤣

I felt our room could have been cleaner, and there was a musty smell. there was a leak above the toilet that dripped directly on my husband’s head. The property also is a little bit rundown and could use some improvements.

The beauty of the property and its location. The staff was excellent. Everyone was friendly and courteous. The pools were well kept. The beach was beautiful. We never lacked for anything. We would like to thank them and let you know that the gentleman that took our luggage to our room and the gentleman who did our dinner reservations and signed us up for the Trolley Excursion were both both very awesome and helpful!

Rooms were stuffy and tile very slick after rain.

Very friendly staff, food was good. Beaches great, snorkeling wonderful.

Room did not have a phone in the room to contact room service or front desk! Room failed to be serviced on 3 different occasions, only 1 elevator working while Resort had numerous guests and there is no such thing as shuttle service from or to the airport!

Meals were okay but could definitely use a little more variations! View and location were absolutely wonderful! Staff was very courteous and attentive!

The food is good but it could be better. The rooms a/c and furniture could use some upgrade.

The location is great, right in front of the beach, the sea view is wonderful to look at sunsets. The beach area is protected by structures, safe place and clean. The staff is amazing, very polite and always willing to help.

No mini fridge was in pictures, not listed. No buffet, no ice cream, no entertainment I stayed during the week. The a/c was loud and did not keep the room very cool. Did not have hot water in the shower, I did not give them a chance to fix.I did not see a place where I could get ice. Faucets were cracked but worked. I did not see a bill.

Staff was very friendly. I love late checkout at 3pm for $40 usd. Food was okay. Plenty of chairs and shade, resort seemed kind of empty. A nice welcome drink.The Veranda restaurant needed reservations but excellent. Open for dinner only.

Facilities are old, food is not good at all, everyday is the same menu, omelette and beef. Staff preparing the omelette clearly shows preferences for foreigners over Mexican people. Not good at all.

Hard beds, ac not working in one of our rooms. No TV in one room. Food selection was minimal, also wait times for something off the menu took while kitchen staff was always slammed. No wifi in rooms had to go to lobby.

Rosa and Olie on the grill did amazing!!! Staff, Silvia, Angelica, Martin Rios, and more! Beach, Staff was the best part they work so hard and are always working! I never seen the take breaks. Putt Putt was mazing, played bean bag toss too. Pool was clean most of the time. Food was different then last time, more Americanized. Less options then I remember from 2017. King bed was ok, queen beds are very hard. No tv in our suite, or Ac in half of it. No refills on coffee in the room. Had to go downstairs and wait in line for coffee, sometimes the guy would have to refill 3 times before we got a cup. Waiting in line the in morning at 8 am with no coffee or chairs for upwards of 30+45 mins for dinner reservations. One time we got them and the next time we did not. The food looked like leftovers a lot, but don't get me wrong I love using left overs but hot dogs in everything is a little much. Really all in all it was less expensive then other resorts so I get it . All in all you get what you pay for, I would stay again and get two king beds or upgrade to the bigger suites. Brings snacks and order off the menu, does take a while due to only one kitchen.

Food is only fair, most lounge chairs are taken by 9am and occupied all day, breakfast under staffed so unable to order off menu, rooms need some TLC

The beds were hard and the rooms very old and worn out. Not in the room much so didn't really matter!

The beach and location! The snorkeling off the beach was excellent 👌The staff were lovely and the hotel grounds super clean.

Fixtures in the building seem outdated and in need of replacement. A little updating would turn this into a 5 star resort easily
