After we had paid in full and left hotel I discovered the hotel had placed an unauthorized $1,757.20 charge on my credit card that I am at present trying to get refunded.

Hotel was very good. On beach, close to main street with lots or bars and restaurants and shops. Pool was good but a bit cold. The rooms were very comfortable and staff were accomodating.

The food was overpriced, however there are a lot of more affordable options nearby.

The service was impeccable and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I loved how welcoming the staff were and we felt very well taken care of from start to finish. They even arranged a birthday surprise for my daughter’s 16th birthday which she loved!!! The views, pools and beach are amazing!

The housekeeping was every time just half, they didn't put a lot of attention. Also the hallway was not cleaned well We fought we booked a ALL INCLUSIVE AND A ADULTS ONLY as the side booking us Told us. It was NOT all inclusive and also NOT only adults!!! So, that was of course a big big mistake........ Also the taxi that we booked to pick us up from the airport was not there, but they charged us yes 2 times.....

the location was really great, right at the sea. And close to the shopping, restaurants.

Food and beverages are a little bit expensive for what you receive, beach was very damaged but the color of water worth it

It's not so much my style of Hotel which is just my personal taste. But for a stay in that area, I can recommend it.

They closed 90% of the pool seating with just a day’s notice, for a wedding. that’s fine, but if i knew in advance, we would have done our tulum trip that day instead. i tried to get info about daytrips before checkin. they told me 3 times that their tour partner would reach out and they never did.

MANY things were listed as included in the resort fee that were NOT (poolside flavored water; mosquito repellent in pool area and rooms; poolside fruit treats, popsicles, and cold facial towels; Saturday outdoor movie; daily movies at Hashtag Cinema; live music selected days; complimentary facials and massage therapy.) These extras imply a much more deluxe level of resort offerings than were actually available. Room listed robe and slippers included, but we had to request. The tv offered MINIMAL English channels. Note, there is no refrigerator or microwave in room. No ice machines. Hotel layout is confusing and requires a lot of walking.

the lights in the executive suite were hell to understand ! I will not have this suite again just because of the light system. being waken up in the middle of the night because you try to turn on the lights in the bathroom and all of a sudden ALL THE GODDAMN lights turn on and you have no clue on how to turn them off is a nightmare. it truly is hell

I tried to use gift card toward the cost of the room but I couldn’t because it was already paid for. found it annoying.

it is beautiful, beach front, lots of restaurants, room was spacious and modern, loved it. friendly bell men.

I always book a king size bed because both myself and my husband are quite tall, but this was not a king size bed despite confirming with staff. It was nobody's fault as I'm sure the room we were in was registered in the system as a "king room," but there was no way this was a king sized bed. The towels and linen, comforter, and pillow were also much older and worn down compared to another local Hyatt hotel (also 5 star hotel) we stayed at. Clean, but definitely older and not as comfortable to use.

Rooms could be cleaner. Restaurant had too many bugs flying around and crawling on tables.

Would I pay what I paid to stay there again in my opinion is overprice. The mattress where old and uncomfortable. Food options where limited and not so great. The beach is not very good and also if you want a cabana being a guess they want additional 100$ plus per day to rent it and there is limited areas to sit. No place to sit in the beach in front of the ocean.

The Hotel installations and the location is nice. It is in Playa del Carmen and you can walk everywhere.
