We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The Restaurant was nice. & Lobby area. The restaurant staff was helfull and professional. Ernesto the Cheff was so personal making sure you had what you needed we were there for 4 days for breakfast and every day he was there with a great smile, he made chalupas, gorditas, and all the good Mexican food. We really enjoyed our breakfast. Thank you, Ernesto.

United States of AmericaWhen I checked in and showed reception my reservation from Booking.com, she entered my card in the small card reader and then said it was declined. Then she connected it to recharge. She used a second card reader to enter my reservation so I could pay for the entire 8 nights. I received an email from my bank that I was overdrawn, so I had a freind check my account, which revealed 2 charges and both for the wrong amount. The amounts showed the price, quoted in pesos, as dollars. The manager credited the one charge where I had signed expecting the payment to be charged correctly. It took a week and my continued requests for refund before they found the unauthorized charge. The manager told me it would take 30 days to credit my card or I could provide full bank information and receive a wire transfer in about a week. I told him that both are inacceptable and I will ask my bank today to credit my account for the unauthorized amount and go after the hotel to recocvoer the funds. My comment to the manager that if it happened to me, itcould happen to others was not acknowledged.
The staff at this hotel in all areas are really excellent in providing service, answering questions. They are also bilingual. The food is very good both in the restaurant and for our event banquets.

ArgentinaThe AC remote control wasn't functioning but we didn't even bother to ask for a replacement. The staff was really receptive on how they could help on anything. The pool was a little bit dirty and there weren't enough seating options around it.
The hotel was gorgeous. Located nearby the Zocalo (10 minute drive) it serves the purpose of a great stay with plenty of things to do with a short drive. The whole building is really nice and the rooms are very comfortable as well. Breakfast is very complete and the staff is just amazing.

HondurasNot a big deal, but we had to evacuate because of a short and low intensity earthquake. The staff kindly instructed us to evacuate for safety, but the emergency exit route from the upper floors going down to the street level floor and into the meeting point was not the best. The route took us through a service area and into the parking area which if there wasn't any staff guiding the guests on the way down, there could be some confusion as to where to exit once you reach the street level floors. Luckily there was staff guiding us during the evacuation.
The hotel's architecture was nice and artsy. The breakfast buffet was small but very good and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Puebla, Mex.
