Our beds were not comfortable at all, their mattress sagged and made really un comfortable to have a good night. Client service was good, my olny complain is the night receptionist, who felt like she wasn't in a good mood or is really serious. It's the second time I stay here but she is always the same.

Facilities are good overall, most of the staff have nice client service, they have an Airport shuttle so that is very nice.

Staff weren’t very friendly. Snobby receptionists. Hassled over the rates because I booked online. First, they Gave me a single suite even though I booked a master suite with spa tub online. Inconvenient half hour of the stay. I Never got the spa tub 👎 . Master suites are very spacious but the wooden furniture and black leather couch is extremely outdated.

Master suites have amazing view of the city. Entire hotel was immaculately clean. Huge bathrooms.

Needs more attention to cleanliness. Shower heads and bathrooms need new fixtures and remodeling. The carpets are old and stained. The other guests are noisy and loud at times.

Three issues are continuing to, or increasingly, disappointing me. The room's, bathroom's and shower's walls are getting shabby with cosmetically unattractive/unsuccessful repairs, and the window exteriors were filthy like they have not been cleaned in many years and I could not make out what I was seeing outside without opening the window. The bathroom water pressure is highly variable, at least on the 6th floor. The air conditioning system has an elaborate and new looking large unit in the ceiling with an in-room thermastat that is totally off limits to effective use by the guest. I was told that either it is AC on for all rooms on a floor, or heating on for all rooms, or nothing for all rooms. Fortunately I was able to regulate the temperature by opening or closing the window. When we did get a little cold and we asked the staff, they turned on the heat. Also, although I was ok with it, there is a night club across the street with live bands that cover U.S. hits til maybe 2 AM.

Palacio Azteca is my go to, especially on short notice when I have found some other reservation surprising unacceptable. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms over all look generally nice and well furnished, and the kind housekeeping staff do good work. The beds are comfortable. The price seems to be about the best value for the hotel age, condition and amenties present. I also like the convenience of the in-hotel restaurant and the exceedingly patient and courteous wait staff.

The breakfast wasn't free. We were told it was, but we got charged. Next time, I'll just go across the street to eat, not a big deal.

The location & the friendly staff. The hotel is very nice & well maintained. The lobby area has a very relaxing atmosphere with a small bar with live music.
