The internet was not good. Even a whatsapp call was disconnecting. Room did not have an electric socket. I am posting a bad rating for a reason. is yet to refund me my money. I paid for 3 nights and because of the issues I told them I want to check out after 1 night. They confirmed I will be refunded MXN 2149. Again, in the next morning when I checked out, they confirmed I will get my money back to the credir card. It has been 3 weeks but no refund. I contacted the hotel a few times and I did not get a response yet about the refund. I contacted booking.com too.

The light is extremely dark in the room. I have to turn on the flash light of my mobile phone The towels seem to be used for one hundred years The breakfast is too sweet Wi-Fi in the lobby is good but in the room, no signal at all

The room was dark, the light bulbs were very weak and not enough of lights, there were no bed side lamps either. The “white” sheets and towels are grey. You have to wait a long long time for water to get warm. There are only 2 electrical sockets (none on one side of the bed, none in the bathroom). There is no coffee machine. There is no hair dryer. Breakfast is very, very basic.

I liked absolutely nothing about the property nothing they didn’t accommodate my quiet room they did not at all and I don’t appreciate that when I requested it in advance I was supposed to have breakfast but I never got it from them and I had to purchase food that was horrible I never got to eat it after one bite because it was literally horrible

nothing much the staff was helpful and friendly to me very disappointed that I booked and stayed there for the night the bed hurt my back I had to get therapy the next day it was filthy and it was noisy and I asked for a quiet room and it was so much noise coming from the lobby upstairs to my room right directly I thought it came with breakfast but nobody offered me breakfast every food I ordered was horrible took one bite and left it behind so I was basically hungry and starving the whole night probably won’t stay there anymore but I won’t send a public review to hurt your business just to let you know I was very unhappy and I think it was over price for what I got The floors were filthy there was hair all over them all over the hotel stairs in the hallways it was cleaning supplies all the time everywhere it was smelling ammonia’s super not good the airhead literally no air in the room no ventilation at all

The room was very dark, very narrow, very noisy. Because it is so narrow, the A/C blows directly to the bed. No elevator, so use the stairs only. There is dangerously slippery floor in the very small bathroom. There is a foot high step between room and bathroom, very easy to fall especially at night. Room service is very late and did not bring replacement towels, so each day there were less towels. Blankets are old and scratchy. wi-Fi is not working at all. Nobody speaks English at all.

The breakfast is decent even the same every day. Perfect location next to the center.

Staff not very kind or helpful. Very noisy in lobby and throughout the hotel. Beds were horrible. Very hard and covered in plastic. Stay somewhere else if you can.
