It was all great!

Right on the beach! Location was perfect. Having access to a pool which was great for my son and being directly in the beach was magnificent. All the staff was super nice. Also had a delicious free breakfast. It was quiet which I loved. Perfect for my son and I. Close to a few good restaurants and a convenience store.

The room was very small and the first night the water took about 20 minutes to warm up in the shower.

The beach was wonderful! If you're looking for a more low-key/accessible hotel that is still on the beach this is a great option. Breakfast is nice and the reception staff are very helpful on matters related to the hotel or any other recommendations you might need.

Barhroom tiny, furniture worn out. Be careful. There is a racoon family living and coming every evening looking for food. Don't leave anything outside on the terrasse or otherwise it will be gone. We lost one hat and the otherone we found on the roof. If you want to enjoy the evening on the terrasse then you'll have company by the racoon which is not shy at all. For us so annoying that we left inside.

Our room was near the kitchens so a bit noisy in the morning if you want to sleep late. Piped music in the eating areas was way too loud.

Cozy beach vibe. Pretty low key place for Tulum (which is nice!) . Quite Tulum Mayan site. Nice restaurant above the beach

A very sweet smelling electrical diffuser but we took it out and no cover for the showerdrain. We used a plastic bag and a bottle.

The location is nice, beds are good and the breakfast is fine. Nice staff and very nice beds on the beach. Room was clean and spacious enough.

The hotel is really charming in a shabby chic way (that looks much better than in the pictures). Breakfast was really good, with a beautiful ocean view. The rooms are very simple but you can tell everything is made from the heart.

It’s getting a little tired looking in places. There was insufficient shade available on the beach chairs, and the private area is quite cramped between to other hotels. The included breakfast was good enough but the coffee was very bitter.

This hotel is located in the quieter area before you get to the party zone proper. The beach is excellent, lovely fine sand and a warm sea.

Beach is too small and they let in people not staying at the hotel. Beach was always busy nowhere to sit.

The persons working the front desk were not very friendly or helpful and overcharged us for the room.

The room was very nice and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was good and the beach was wonderful. The cleaning staff and wait staff were very nice.

I enjoyed the location and the staff. This is not the loudest part of town - yet it is by the beach and has enough food options around.

Rocks in water, food was not great. Music on the beach terrace needs improvement/speaker was skipping. Ocean front view porch could use a cushion on the bench and a small step to the door to make it easier to get inside.
