The resort is in need of a refresh and renovation. It’s tired looking. Needing to scramble to make sure we got a chair at the pool was irritating.

My room was spacious, great view and balcony. two king beds, a bath and power shower, coffee facilities and a fridge were all benefits of this room. The bed was so comfortable and soft! Air conditioning was great.

It’s slightly older hotel that is going through renovation (which they did not disclose before hand) and not as nice as other Westin hotels I have stayed in

Good location, close to the Marina, with a decent beach and pool, as well as cafe & restaurants onsite.The staff are very attentive and nice.

At the back of the building was a mess, with lots of sandbags (?) and trash. When we booked in, there were two rooms together, but one not cleaned. We checked several hours later , they said there was someone in it, so put the Fam in another room, at least on the same floor. Not happy. Beds are very small - as in double size - expected at least a queen.

Room clean, beach and pools beautiful and warm. Restaurants good, but expensive as to be expected. Lots of beach towels, grounds very well maintained. I had a service dog and was put on the ground floor, walk out onto grass and gardens, and the pool. Loved the location!

The check in process was painful possibly due to the construction during our stay.

The location due to the proximity to the marina. Our upgraded room was very nice with amazing views of Banderas Bay.

We didn’t get room service any of the nights we were there. For 420.00 a night there should be room service daily.

We had a fantastic stay at the Westin. We came from a different hotel that had lost power during the hurricane. Walking into the Westin, we felt like we were in complete luxury. The staff was so warm and kind, our room was ready early which was amazing, and we got to enjoy a few days by the pool. The food at the restaurant was delicious and we loved the cocktails from the poolside bar. Our room had a beautiful view. Overall just an amazing stay! If you’re looking for a very relaxing stay in PV, this would be it!

The rooms are old. Outlets didn’t work. One of our rooms got a leak and hit the middle of the bed. Switched us rooms but the next room was dirty possibly due to them rushing us to a new room
