The swimming pool rules is weird. Even its a little rain. The authorities wont lets us in. Nothing say in pool rules u cant swim while in rain. Please management. Pool towels reeks of smell tobacos, disgusting. Food wise is really mediocre. Shower is very weak n slow.

In general the place needs a revamp, it’s good but not up to the standard for the money you pay. The tvs are literally tiny. They need to increase the number of staff as waiting for the transport buggies can get frustrating. I dialled 0 for concierge on the first day only for it to ring 20 minutes for no one to pick up. The beach benches need to be replaced as they are very badly worn out. The services such as the ATVs are certainly over priced and should be reduced a little to make them more attractive. The freezer for the ice cream in the fridge is useless.

The 2 bedroom ones are spacious and well laid out. The fact that both rooms are en-suite is awesome. The food is of good quality and standard. The services are good and I like that they have movie nights at 9pm for kids.

My visit this round is after 10 years, for my 16th wedding anniversary with my wife and kids. Overall is good just a bit sad while seeing some facilities are old and not in good conditions. But anyhow, I hope it can be improved again ☺️

Breakfast was okay. The table, fork, and spoon were not clean at all. The cups are also not clean.

Balcony had Bat poo dried up and also dead baby Bats, we had housekeeping come and clean upon calling them. Rooms are not as wide and spacious. Rooms have dim lighting and not well lighted. The property is not as new as before. The high tea is overpriced.

View, good for a 1 night stay. The swimming pool is amazing with an infinity pool. We dined in the Chinese restaurant and the food is really good. Love the water pressure in the bathrooms.

Try cleaning the air conditioner filters and make sure the Freon is full so the rooms will stay cooler in the day time.

One restaurant had dishes marked as Vegan, but they were only Vegetarian, there was lots of confusion over where we were supposed to eat on different nights, we were told several different things by different staff. Our key card stopped working on the morning of checkout (checkout was 12, the card stopped working just before 11am).

The resort is in a great location, relaxing atmosphere, the staff always tried to help. Dave was particularly great on the river cruise (included in package), it was a very enjoyable trip. The rooms are a great size and have wonderful views, the infinity pool was great as well.

Very slow service. Got passed around when asked about the room service menu which wasn’t working on the tv. We had the seafood platter on our first night but due to the heavy downpour, food was delivered late and cold. Which we didn’t mind due to the weather. Unfortunately the plates were not taken away the very same night so the crows had a great time messing up the place. Husband did a bit of housekeeping to keep the outside of the room clean.

We had a great time. Checking in took some time because room wasn’t ready but that’s ok. It’s expected.
