I think its better to have more lighting in the bbq area (backyard), so that we can enjoy more outdoor activities at night.

Its good and spacy, very suitable for family with 4-8 pax. Basic utilities is provided, and the backyard is very open.

Nothing much I can say honestly, been to many of Bonheur's villa, all are just great! For villa 120 tho - do check into the showerhead a the Master's bedroom - may need a bit of servicing - but otherwise, the rest are just amazing!

I mean, it's not my first time staying at such an amazing place. Karambunai by itself has beautiful beaches, and to get a villa at the area is absolutely amazing. The host, Mr. Nathan was again, very easy to deal with, and is very professional! The only reason why me and my family keep coming back was due to Mr. Nathan's impressive hospitality. And of course, the place is just amazing. The villa we stayed, was Villa 120. From what I can gather, and according to Mr Nathan, is a new villa that he and his team acquired. It was masterfully decorated, and the amenities provided was more than enough. The facilities within Villa 120 is all functioning as intended, except maybe the outdoor shower near the Master Bedroom - maybe needs a bit of cleaning the showehead - but that aside, it is working in great order. So please, travellers, to any of you who would want to stay at Karambunai, do not hesitate to go for Bonheur! An amazing team, with impressive and clean villas that - when compared to the sad and rundown villas of Sabah Beach and Borneo Beach - its just night and day!

a little bit far from downtown, at 30 mins by car the bed foot is a little bit dangerous for kids, even audlts the chair and table in countyard are broken, you need to be careful before you sit down

We 3 families have very relaxing stay in the properties. It was located in a local sunset park, you can enjoy the sea view and sea breeze just in your countyard. Everything is in good condition, we cook breakfast everyday by ourselves, the last day, we even managed to eat hotpot three families together at villa. One more thing I would like to mention is that the operation group is very considerate. although no front desk, we can request anything we need via wechat, they even decorated the properties with traditional Chinese New Year laterns and flowers. For us Chinese, it felt really nice when we could see something we familiar during our stay.

The host is friendly, informative, responsive and helpful. We were surprised they gifted us a cake, and present for our new year celebration. The facilities are all great especially the kitchenettes are fully provided. The environment was great, especially the villa we booked was close to the beach and the sound of waves from the ocean was peaceful and soothing. It was a good place to relax and enjoy the holiday.

Master bedroom need floor light at night going to bath room, kicks the corner of the bed leg a few times.

Kitchen /BBQ stand/TV, we manage to cook some simple meal without any hustles. BBQ stand great for Birthday party or special occasions. House Cleanliness is very good, our past bookings of difference unit was a let down.

a few things need to be upgraded/repaired, e.g. folding door and air cond at the living room. It is clear that this a/c is struggling to overcome the heat wave coming from the villa's glass-majority wall during the afternoon period.

Private swimming pool, bbq facility and cozy villa atmosphere are just too perfect combination for us since we, from the start, were actually looking for a complete quality relaxation time, away from the hectic urban environment.
