You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I like the tabletop for eating and the balcony view. It was very comforting and the house was design and arrange nicely.

The host was friendly and very considerate. Check in time was 1500 - 0000 but we arrived past the check in time. We informed the host and he patiently waited for us to pass the keys.

Malaysia- Foul urine smell in the toilet. So so bad 💀 We informed the host about it and requested to have air freshener (of which he gladly provided) but the smell was still pretty unbearable… - Overall cleanliness of the unit was quite poor, dusty surfaces and corners (the hanging wardrobe organiser thing in the bedroom was basically covered in dust)! - Aircon in the living room was not cold (16°C felt more like 26°C) Obviously we weren’t expecting anything fancy for the price we paid, but after reading all the reviews and ratings the least we expected was a decent clean unit for our short stay. Not sure if we were unlucky or the host did a sloppy job with cleaning the unit (as he claimed to clean it everyday), it was just unfortunate that our stay was rather unpleasant overall.
- Strategic and convenient location. Very close to lots of eateries. - Comfy bed, fast speed free wifi. - Responsive host. Flexible with us changing to a slightly later check in time. Provided us with additional stuff we needed in time too.
