We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Malaysiathe stinky smell from the toilet, which i realised was not properly cleaned in the seat. must get your housekeeping to scrub the toilet properly. the bathtub is not relevant anymore and looks worn out, should consider removing them, enough with an enclosure to shower. this will also ease muslims taking their ablution. pillows need to be replaced with a better quality.
location of the hotel with the masjid view, position of the sofa chair is just perfect for an amazing view of the masjid. having the vibes of the masjidil haram in us whilst staying in the room

MalaysiaKind of run down at certain area of the hotel. Thos the bed are comfort, the bedsheet seems very old. The one I had in my room there are holes on it and not feeling good about it. Also the sofa in the room looks kind of not very clean.
