The staff were very friendly and the location was fantastic. The hotel deco and hygiene were great. The staff is kind enough to expedite my check in as I've 2 kids with me.

the room was hot. left the aircond on from check in till night, temp maintained 28 °. there wasn’t even a dustbin in the room. the breakfast area is super far and super complicated. so tiring bringing a baby

There was no breakfast in Estadia compared to out stay in Hatten Hotel but it was ok. I ll be great if the restaurants were open for operation in Estadia Hotel.

The room was not make up properly. Cups were not washed, water bottles were not refill and no hand or face towels. Housekeeping staff need to be train properly and rooms must be checked. Breakfast was served at Hatten Hotel. No signage to direct Estadia guests to Hatten Hotel. Me and wife got lost and took wrong lifts 😠.

The car parking area is very dark and creepy at night especially when exiting the lift and walking towards it. the lighting for the area could be improved.

The rooms meet our expectations and are well-appointed. As we have booked 6 rooms in total (including 2 family suites) the rooms are arranged on the same floor and close proximity to each other. The breakfast buffet is excellent with a good spread of continental and local breakfast selections, however, it is hosted at the Chatterz restaurant which is located in the Hatten Hotel. Location-wise, the hotel is within walking distance of Melaka's attractions.

Breakfast was at Hatten hotel which was a walk away. Not ideal for aged travellers. Not convenient access. Room amenities were unclean- esp mini fridge and the pillow cases

Access to hotel lobby from carpark unpresentable. Assigned room on L4 ... aircon not cold, blocked view, pealing wall paper, musky smell. Reassigned room on L6 ... slightly better view, shower room drainage chocked Decided to try Estadia hotel after a disappointing experience with the main (Hatten) hotel 3 months ago. Would not recommend this or Hatten after this experience for some time.

Breakfast was not informed in booking.com that I had to go to the Hatten Hotel, which made it difficult for us cz there were elderly parents and I had to push a wheelchair with a small child. If I knew it wasn't in the same hotel, I wouldn't have chosen the room with breakfast. Really disappointed. Plz update your location breakfest like you update at your direct website. The card sensor to enter the room is also problematic, we need to go to the receptionist. I got 3 cards... But all can't be used n need go to the receptionist repeated . Really annoying.

The room is spacious, beautiful and clean, suitable for the needs of a large family. The staff is helpfull and quick to act when there is a problem. My kid & parent very comfortable & happy of the room & living room.

The overall condition of the Hotel has deteriorated since the last time I stayed there, just seems a little run down. The phones and the refrigerator in the room were not working, however after we informed the front desk, they were replaced.

A cafe would be great inside Estadia

The room we got was a suite which suited well with our family needs & comfort. Its too bad you dont have a membership package cos i would have signed up for it for booking accessibility & privilege booking for future travels .

Facilities run down Bed not comfortable cos mattress is old Housekeeping left room door open. I discovered it only when I return to the room at night. Fortunately nothing was missing. Complain to the duty staff. No action was taken and the management didn't even come back to me to assure me or even to verify that the room door was left opened. It was scary.

Old, dirty carpets with visible stains on them, rusty fittings (the shower screen door's handle came off when I tried to open it) and the aircon was almost non-existent.. as it was already late and we had an early morning the following day, we decided to put up with it instead of changing rooms because we were tired from a long journey.

Courteous and helpful staff.. I booked two rooms and upon reaching, the guest services officer on duty informed us that they were fully sold out for the rooms I had booked, so she upgraded us to a family suite at no extra cost.

Room temp set to 16.5 Deg C but feels like 27 Deg C for the 3 days I stayed in it. Only after insistence did Housekeeping sent me a fan; which stayed with me for the full duration of 3 days. That was how bad the temperature situation was. Toilet tend to flood after showering, due to a glass door that doesn't close shut. No swimming Pool, No Breakfast possible All the shops in its reception level are empty and unoccupied. Its a sad scene.

Location and ease of coach boarding is the only plus point for staying in this hotel
