From the moment we landed, Nabil and his cousin went above and beyond. They continuously went out of their way, from picking us up from the airport, complementary breakfast, decorating the room magnificently for our anniversary. They even got us an amazing deal on a car hire. They responded to any messages instantly and even came over within 5 minutes of asking for help with things to make our stay completely stress free. I couldn't recommend this villa enough. The pool was amazing, with the waterfall. All rooms were very clean and insect repellent was constantly plugged in. There is a beautiful kitchen area too. Toiletries provided. 11/10 stay Villa is about a 10 min drive away from main attractions. Easy when renting a car.

At night, the area is very dark & very silent.

Location was near the airport. Host also was very helpful with sending location for us to find. He was already waiting for us when we arrived at the Villa. He also arranged for us the Mangrove tour via private boat. It was lovely. He also provided popular food places to try.

It was not difficult to find the location but it was not on the Google map

Room was big, comfortable and clean, everything as described. Host was friendly, helpful and accommodative. This villa is close to the airport. Don't expect it to be near all the tourist attractions. For us it was fine as we rented a car to move around the island.

The Luxury Pool villa was the best part of my stay in Malaysia, no hesitation possible. The brother who hosted me and my wife was respectful, attentive and ever responsive to our requests and queries throughout our stay. The villa is totally clean, isolated and private, and the neighbours respected our privacy. The pool was large enough for two people. The scooter ride was a luxury. Thank you to the brother for making sure we had one for the duration of our stay. (5 days.) He gave us advice on places to visit in Langkawi, and was able to take us on a 2-hour walk through the mangroves. If I come back to Langkawi, I will come back to him, without any hesitation.

I wish they had a washing machine.

Excellent property with your own private pool. It is tastefully decorated with ample room for a big family. The owner is helpful and responsive. The villa has everything you could need except a laundry. there are local restaurants at walking distance (if you’re into local food). The upper deck has amazing views of the airport and sunset.

The villa was superb. The owner was really accommodating and friendly even before our stay. He helped to suggest the places to go and activities to do. The villa was clean and spacious for 9 adults 2 kids. The location is near to most of the attractions place & the airport is less than 3 mins. Owner was very kind to let us check in few hours earlier. Thank you so much. Will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Langkawi

There is no ventilation in toilet. No fan in room. Only aircond No padi view from pool as shown in photo, probably some renovation done thus blocked the view.

The host is super friendly. Great place very near to airport, also the villa have alot of amenities been prepared.

Privacy and location

Location is a bit remote. No shops or restaurants within walking distance. If you had a car this wouldn’t be an issue.

Property was perfectly functional. New build. Clean. Close to Airport (right over the back fence). Attentive owners who were ready to help at any time of the day or night.

Some improvement for consideration 1. To install ceiling fans, which can be use if the aircon malfunction 2. To install water heater for 2nd room bathroom.

The host was so helpful and kind ! We enjoyed our stay with my family, the villa is well equiped and luxurious. I recommand at 100% !!

All was perfect, from the host who was so nice and lovely to the villa itself. He also proposed us the mangrove tour at a very good price. We had the possibility to have also a driver for different activities at a cheap price. The villa is also very next to the airport. Thanks a lot to Nabil ☺️
