Singaporetoilet the tiles need improvement. Single bed is small. They should use Super Single better. Not enough power wall sockets. No tea bags. Only have coffee pkts. Wardrobe need to renovate. Room lights can be brighter.

The room is spacious and near the business and mall. The hotel personnel responded well upon request for assistance.

United Kingdom(1) Our rooms were assigned late to us despite letting the hotel know when we would arrive during the booking. We waited about 30 - 60 mins. (2) My guests stayed on the 4th floor below the ballroom (5th floor). Because there was an event going on, my guests had trouble sleeping due to loud noise until almost midnight after a long day we had. (3) Parking space was awfully limited. Checked-in guests had to share the parking space with day guests. (4) The dining area for breakfast on LG was quite hot. It was facing the morning sun and because it was glass wall (not sure if it's tinted), we can feel the heat from outside.
(1) Booked 2 rooms & they were clean, spacious and comfortable. (2) Staff were friendly. (3) We thought the breakfast was delicious with a variety of options. We tried some cheesecake from the cafe on G floor, and they were delicious too. (4) Near to restaurants and convenient store.

It should be cleaned regularly as there were many people attending the conference used the washrooms regularly. The waste paper basket was overflowing. Some of the toilets were unable to flush etc.

MalaysiaPARKING is very terrible. Its outside open air and LIMITED. No one look into the parking lot causing the space not fully utilised. Its worse on rainy day. I bool 2 rooms and later need to pay rm20.20 to park my car at side building, open air classified as 'vip' or vallet parking. No coming again and not recommended.
