Bathroom is comparatively better to other hotels - that's why we have chosen this hotel. The entrance was quite poor. Rooms were OK.

The location is excellent, just near to pantai beach, everything is at walking distance. Kids will enjoy the pool.

Great location next to the beach and restaurants. The room was clean and we were offered daily cleaning towel changes etc. There is a whole range of restaurants nearby for dining and shops for beer snacks etc. The beach hasn't got a massive range of places as well located so definitely recommend based on the price, quality of rooms and location.

Great location, friendly staff and very good value for the money. Many restaurants and shops around the hotel. Quite calm part of the beach compared with the city center part with loud music and fire shows every night.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the beach with plenty of restaurants, bar and duty free stores. Breakfast is served from 7 - 10.30 and plenty to choose from.

It’s located in hot spot area where most of the tourist can stay very next to beach. Good place to stay .. most of the shops walkable distance.. food nice

We wasted 1.5 hours when we were first assigned a room with a WIFI downlead speed of just 0.7mbps, basically unusable. After discussing that this was unacceptable we were eventually given a room in a different building with much better WIFI, but even this was patchy at times. The biggest disappointment was the buffet breakfast. Obviously made to meet their budget. For example, at the omelets station I asked for a cheese and tomato omelet and was told they don't have any cheese as "it is too expensive".
The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The air conditioning was excellent.
