i think air-conditioner in my room has a probelm. Not cold enough. ANd i think you can approve the cleandiness.

Time to change your : 1. Carpet - damp and dirty /dark stains. Feel uneasy to step on without putting on shoes in the room. Or to provide slippers. 2. Bedlinen - showed yellowish and slight black. Give bad impression and uncomfortable feel. 3. Pillows - too thin and very less polyester inside. The hotel need to change the above immediately in order to qualify for a 3-star hotel (is it 3-star?). Carpet and bedlinen are important for a comfortable stay. Need to improve so that can match with the hotel just opposite the road ie Cititel. Lucky that the toilet is clean.

The room sound proofing needs improvement as external noises even at seventh floor are loud. Probably due to close proximity to a mosque, the fajr session in the morning is a real wake up call so sound proofing is a must. Wash basin base is "conquered" by mold n need immediate urgent attention.

The location is central n convenient access to places we visited.

A bit of noise at night . The bathtub got leaking from the bottom and cannot fill full water inside the bathtub.

We got room with problem aircond at first but can change another room. Iron need to request at receptionist but I need to waittt. The breakfast should be better.

The pillows are too flat and overused. The bathroom had insects due to the netting covering the windows to have some holes.

Breakfast was decent but could have been better for the price of the room. Although it was not too shabby, for this price, a wider spread could be obtained in the surrounding hotels within the vicinity. The shower wasn't hot, and it took a long time before it heats up. Meaning, if you want hot water, you have to open the shower or bathtub and let the water run for approximately 10 minutes before showering. That seems like a lot of wastage of water, and I'm not a big fan of that.

Location was fantastic. It's located in Penang Road. All food spots are just walking distance. Sup Hameed, Teow Chew Chendol, Hamediah and many more. Red Garden Paradise is a minute away from this place. Parking was good, but just to take note that limited space. Hence, it is a first come, first served basis. Room was luxurious and spacious. Staffs were friendly and refilled our coffee/tea supplies numerous times. The Bathtub was a comfortable size and fits 2 persons perfectly.

bathroom was poorly managed. many cracks at the sink and bath tub. The tv station was not clear and the sheers was torn. could use extra lightings.
