Very special stay at a authentic traditional village. Loved the nature around, including a little waterfall and a pond where the kids had fun swimming. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The native dinner and traditional breakfast were exquisite.

Pricing is on the higher side and should gave been inclusive of the dinner. But the dinner was so good that we didn’t really mind eventually.

One of the best stays we have been to. The owners, staff and locals were amazing. Very informative and helpful. Location was a bit out of the way but that’s what we wanted and got. Away from the hustle of the city. The Inn was perfect - cozy rooms, amazing weather, mind blowing dinner (pay extra), photo points across the inn and THE PRIVATE WATERFALL. If one reaches the inn by 3:00 they can also join for the team in dinner preparations and a few games. Best days to go are weekdays when property is less crowded. Hosts can arrange local tours at reasonable prices specially during the weekdays if slots available.

The drive up the property is challenging, I am used to wide lanes in the US. But it’s not an issue at all.

The owner super accommodating. Just sitting and having a beer or coffee watching waterfall is breathtaking. Very comfortable bed. I have not been bitten by mosquitoes or saw ants inside the bungalow. The owner goes out of his way to accommodate any request. He even took my car to have a tire change. Wonderful three day stay. Will always cherish.

Everything was great, the only recommendation would be to provide mosquito spray or have mosquito deterrents around.

The experience of staying in nature and out of the busy parts of the Cameron Highlands was enjoyable. The staff were friendly and the guided trek was a great experience. The home cooked food for dinner and breakfast was delicious. Overall this is a great place to stay to be immersed in nature and learn about the local customs.

    I regretted leaving the place.

We had the best time here. We felt so close to the natives and nature. And to the original way of living. It is great to swim in the clear and clean water with waterfall. Afterwards you feel totally refreshed. We also swim with the kids from there what was really fun. The food was the best we had in Malaysia. Delicious. Breakfast and dinner both. And just next to the waterfall. A trip to the teaplantation is easily arranged. The beds are good with klamboe. The people running it feel so close to nature and the preservation of it. Don' 't miss out on this location if you want to be close to nature in a good environment with a good vibe.

It's not the sort of place you can walk to a shop so plan ahead for drinks and snacks (I think they should sell some onsite!). Be prepared for sleeping in the wilderness with lots of birds chirping while sleeping!

Beautiful setting and opportunity to explore the rainforest (we did a guided hike with them) The room was basic but felt clean and cared for Good meals provided (additional cost)

The food was fresh and delicious. The time and effort spent on the native meal was impressive and very much appreciated. We loved swimming and exploring the waterfall. We took a dip in there everyday to cool off. We were very thankful to the hosts for making it easy for us to get the bus to Ringlet. They picked us up and took us to the Rainforest Inn. They also dropped us off, so we could to take the bus back to Kuala Lumper. Really easy to communicate with the hosts before we arrived. They always were able to answer any questions we had, from the practical ones to understanding more about plants, culture and way of life. We enjoyed our trek from the accommodation, through the rainforest to a native village. We learnt so much from our guide. Thank you Rainforest Inn, we loved our stay and we hope to be back again in the future.

This place is amazing!! My children 12 and 14 absolutely loved it! The waterfall is loud and we loved hearing the sounds of nature. The rooms are comfortable and unique. The meals were fantastic. The trek was a lot of fun and informative. We loved learning about the primitive traps and hunting techniques. To top it all off, a swim in the refreshing creek is extremely rejuvenating. We highly recommend staying at the rainforest inn.

As expected it is noisy at night with the jungle sounds and waterfall, some of us enjoyed this and then the other wore earplugs at night and it was fine. We were a bit warm at night but not too much.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the native dinner was delicious and they even accommodated a vegetarian meal. Breakfast was equally delicious. Location was perfect, the jungle is beautiful and so nice to have the river to swim in when hot. Easy to explore surrounding area with our car.

The place was exactly as described, nice cozy huts in the middle of the jungle, with a river in the middle and surrounded by nature. The staff was super attentive, and they can show you some very cool things, like the traps they use to hunt animals, how they make and how to use blowpipes, and a very interesting puzzle they build using stems. Totally recommended.

Many interesting facts about the jungle were presented to us on the local guides phone. Getting the info for download would be an added benefit.

Rich variety of local dishes for breakfast, dinner watching done over the fire was great, also the half-day jungle trek and seeing how blowing the pipes and traps work was interesting.

We stayed at Rain Forest Inn for four nights and absolutely loved the place. You get to stay in a traditional bamboo hut surrounded by beautiful nature (including a waterfall), taste delicious native dishes (highly recommend the dinner - we had the vegetarian option) and completely disconnect and recharge. No internet connection is another plus :) The team is very friendly and welcoming. As we didn’t have our own means of transport, they organized two tours for us to explore Cameron Highlands and trek in the local jungle. We have fond memories of our stay and will surely visit again when in Malaysia. 100% recommended for anyone who loves nature and wants to experience this beautiful region off the beaten track.
