We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Excellent pick up and drop off service to/from arrivals hall with a fun driver. Very pleasant staff. Seem less check in. Clean and spacious well equipped room. Had a beer in the bar and was greeted by Habib who was really kind and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed speaking to him. Please do say thank you to him.

Excellent location for transit or to stay overnight before resuming journey in Malaysia. Great breakfast with quite a variety of local and European foods. Staff were courteous and helpful. This was our third stay and will have no hesitation to book again

Close to the airport is a definite advantage. We have stayed here before, but this time our flight was changed so we stayed 2 nights. Room was spacious and very comfortable, breakfast was great and staff we’re very friendly. Lovely pond and swimming pool area to relax in. We took the KLIA Express into the city, that was easy

There are Sama Samas inside the airport and they don't look too great, this place was an expansive hotel, lovely pool outside. Bed was so comfy. TV had movies, zircon was great, bathroom lovely. Would definitely stay here again if I had an early flight. The hotel communicates well with you, there's no need to take the golf buggy shuttle its about a 7 min walk from the airport.

BruneiIt was a one night layover for an early flight the following morning. Requested connecting rooms for a family of 6. Hotel gave us 2 separate rooms with a small foyer that have an additional main entrance door, which means we can just leave the 2 rooms doors open at all time for the kids to move to & fro when we were in. That was a big plus for us Services are topnotch, from the airport buggy service (friendly & helpful lady driver, didnt get her name) reception, the lift host and the lobby restaurant serving breakfast. The breakfast variety & quality are worth the money Not the first time staying at Sama2, and not for the last time either! Rarely disappoint..
