The normal pool could've been of standard depth. At the moment it's only suitable for children. Some sunshading would be welcomed. The entire environment feels narrow and functional rather than welcoming - which is what a hotel should be like and the experience is different from how it is depicted in the photos. The bird eye drawing of the premise includes the common public pool just outside and makes the whole place looks bigger when it's actually not and is false advertising. A quad room should have more provision to match the headcount (more cups - we were only given 2, bigger bottle of shampoo, toothpaste etc). There's NO power socket in the room, we had to push the TV cabinet to access the points behind it. Room cleanliness was subpar as there were still stains on the sheets. Aside from the pools there's nothing else to do. Food is hard to come by as you have to drive 30min to nearby restaurants incomplete darkness through winding roads and construction filled areas. But no facility for BBQ is provided.

Mostly things are quite standard/passable. The hot spring is a selling point but the pool wasn't designed well enough to facilitate the experience. However, at least the pool is opened till 11pm.

The place is not in prime location and in a middle of construction site/road. It took us 35 minutes to the nearest area.

1) Step sound from top room a bit noisy especially during sleeping time. Also need to improve or reduce sound from outside. 2) Power plug not available at bed & less point. 3) Not many food selection at restaurant. Since location of hotels a bit far from town, many people choose to buy from restaurant.

The coffee house was closed for dinner and we had to drive out to Bentong when we actually wanted to have a discussion on our next trip there for a two night stay for 30pax for a activity/workshop session in April.Its a nice place but the meals have to be improved.

Breakfast nothing very special. The location was beautiful and very relaxing. A bit disappointed that coffee house closes after lunch and only open for dinner. For those arriving after lunch cannot have anything to eat or drink hot coffee/tea.

As of 7 Dec 2021. Cleanliness. All facilities are functioning but there are lizards dropping and stain on the mirrors and curtains. The underneath of beds, tables and sofa bed are not cleaned as well. Floors are sticky (maybe due to the type of disinfectant use?)The fridge is functioning and visibly clean, but have smell of old food when opened. Jacuzzi have slimy residue which are visible, need to clean it ourselves before use. The changing room at external pool also have bad smell and not clean. Safety hazards. The sides of the external hot pool need regular cleaning as the slimy mold is slippery and can be a slipping hazards. The bathroom door glass is cracked, potential risk for breaking and cause of injury. The room door knob for jacuzzi villa 503 is hard to open. The double bed and sofa bed are creaking when we sit on. No cafe or nearby restaurants at night - staff said if want dinner usually guest need to go Bentong (13km away and road is dark) During checkout, I asked the staffs for a feedback form, they have none and just tell me to feedback on booking site. This place is actually a good value for money if it is clean and have good housekeeping.

Location is easy to find using waze. The facilities are functioning. 2 external hot pool, 1 swimming pool are good place to relax. Jacuzzi in jacuzzi villa is functioning good. We ordered breakfast for RM 13 and yummy Nasi Lemak and bottled plain drinking water comes packed at 0730. Staff are friendly.

The common area needs more cleaning . it was a bit dirty. cafe closes at night. and had to drive 15kilos to the nearest town to buy dinner. It was dark too .

Not so crowded private pool at the resort. breakfast menu is simple and light .

The open pool not clean. Got a lot of mosses. Food for breakfast only nasi lemak, fried meehon n toast. Room not so clean especially the bathroom.
