Is abit outdated, management should really consider on refurbishing especially the smell stain very strong the moment we enter the lobby and rooms

Tower need to change new as it too many people now day to travel to Melaka as get the hygiene as after Covid matter. If the order for 3 or more than where those cleansing tool , tower , slipper , water, shampoo , shower gel to be ready by the headcount to prepare on the room instead of asking for the order

The location, there's private parking - a bit far but at least there's parking. We arrived around 11pm and luckily there's empty car park by the road. I love the room lighting, the friendly staff. The location is perfect as its at the end of jonker street. So we can avoid going into the street by car

There was no cupboards in the room and no hot water for showers but on the whole it was okay.

The room was clean. When I sent a message that I left an article in the safe. The staff quickly answered via google messsaging and housekeeping checked although the room was already occupied. I am most appreciative of the effort. Thank you

A few cracked painting inside my room wall . And slightly noisy at night if stay during the weekend because of the night market at jonker street.

Clean , location is awesome right in the end of jonker street. And the hotel will reserved parking for their customers. Walking distance to all the famous places. Staffs are friendly , its clean , have heater and quite maintained the whole place quite nicely .

the only thing that bothers me is that the room maintainance is not that good as you can see there might be some dirty part on the wall or some part of the wall paint fall off.

location of the hotel is right at the entrance of jonker walk in which it’s super convenient. There is private parking near hotel as well. The staffs are also super nice and helpful.

The room wasn't ready when we arrived but once we were in, we found some items dusty. I really wondered if it were occupied before us. Fridge was warm, not worth putting in cold drinks. Bathroom was spacious enough but lack of curtain or shower door made the floor nearby really wet. . I read in previous reviews that the room was spacious. Well. 3mx3m dimension aint too bad but thought it was pricy for the space.

The room had a window facing the main road, away from Jonker Street mkt. It was relatively quieter than other rooms facing the market. Plus we got ourselves earplugs for sleep. Ha! Appreciated the elevator in the building. Convenient location with friendly receptionists.

Sound proofing was poor. Unfortunately, there was a stall at the night market right below that was blasting techno music really loudly. The music only stopped close to midnight. We could not fall asleep at all before that.

Location is fantastic, right at the end of Jonker Street so the Jonker Night Market is right at your doorstep. There are also many eateries around, making it a perfect location to walk to most attractions. Staff are also friendly.

Not much storage space if you're staying for more than 1-2 nights. Basin tap prone to dripping if you don't turn it off properly. Nothing to complain about.

Room was very clean, clean kettle and cups for tea/ coffee (no spoons). I brought my own tea and coffee bags. Lovely range of toiletries. Loved the discreet lighting in the room. I was a bit concerned when overview said it was pet friendly, but rooms were well cleaned and I couldn't smell any animals.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. We stepped out the door and were right at the end of Jonker Street. Excellent location to walk everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful. Totally recommend this hotel!
