There is no water purifier

The owner was very responsive and really good but the location is a bit far from beach, You need to drive for 10minutes. This is Malay residential area, No noise or party allowed, For us its OK since we check in around 5p.m and check out morning 9.30a.m. The house is really very clean and well kept. They also provided extra comforter and 6 people easily can accommodate.. The night we stayed was heavy rain middle of night neighbors at 3morning car Alam went off few times , unable to sleep.

some problems need yo focus on, firstly, the mobile network was not good so the best solution is please provide with wifi. my network always buffer. secondly, the water tap in the 2nd bathroom at the kitchen have no water pressure. only work for shower but not the tap for toilet, this is very important for the "business" thirdly, the environment. as a low cost area, problem occur during park the vehicle, the neighbouring cars always bother you to park. fourthly, please just give the visitors keys for grill, door and gate. no need to provide us with a bunch of keys. very confusing. lastly, the remote controls for the air conditioner, please make it good and a visible monitor. not like we agak-agak for the temperature

Motorist sounds outside during the night is a bit noisy (i'm a light sleeper). And the house location is a little bit far from the PD town.

The house is nice, the rooms are nicely done. Kitchen is well equipped.

for check in n check out process need to be dealing with intermediate person since the owner is not there. she's not really friendly. fridge is not cold. no soap or shampoo prepare. only 2 towel prepare for guest. im asking for more towel then the lady just gave me 2 plus 'buat muka' . i think should prepare more towel to accommodate more guest as the homestay hv 3 rooms.

the house is so beautiful. minimal n moden inferior design.. the owner is so good in. complete kitchen utensil for cooking and eating .

1. Location was deep inside 2. The area was very noisy 3. Bathroom was not very clean 4. Car park outside was occupied by the neighbors so we only parked one car inside and another by the road side 5. There's only one small blanket on each bed, even on queen beds. I'd prefer two blanket or a bigger blanket. The blanket is too small for sharing

The house was equipped. There's kitchen utensils, there's toto if you want to sleep on the floor. Host was friendly. Can come over for a quick stay.

check in process needs to deal with intermediate person not the home owner. during check in, need deposit 100 even already make full payment. the fridge also not cool at all. water pressure very slow.

This is very far away from beach and on the way road at night dont feel safely and i arrived time no water. The facilities their not well provide like 2 bathroom but water heater got one oni , 3 room but aircond 2 oni. Otherwise the house environment clean and comfort .
