The shower was ok but it would get the whole room wet which could be a slight annoyance. The room also didn't have a room, that was not made clear. I hadn't realised at the time but I received a message from the manager on the day, to confirm that we were still arriving (we had already paid), so we weren't going to cancel. They had asked me to reply by 6pm otherwise the room would be up for sale again. Given that we were on a 7 hour bus journey and had no way of receiving or replying to this message, I felt this was a bit unfair. Luckily I seen the message at 17.40 and then replied, otherwise we wouldn't have had a room to stay. So for this reason I would recommend caution, and would not recommend staying here

Good location, wasn't too far for a walk from the ferry. Room wasn't a bad size and air conditioning worked a treat

The parking lot is limited, not easy to find a spot during busy hours. It should be fine during nonbusy hours. The electricity will shut down once.

The hotel is beautifully adorned with art and creative elements. I love the decorations and the wall paintings. The price is affordable, it value for money. The staff sent a reminder a whatapps text, it made me feel warm. The location is great, because it is surrounded by many restaurants.

The room was unclean, I stayed there for three nights, and they didn't have a daily cleanning service (you have to ask for it in each day). The bathroom was disappointing, small with bad smells.

The receptionists were good and helpful. Location is walkable to nearby bus stops, 7-11, parks, and in the area of little india. Ac working okay even though it made sounds at night.

Located at India street, solo girls need to be careful, and It is not suitable to leave early and come back late.

Hotel is getting a bit tired - grouting in bathroom needs replacing or at least a good clean and towels need upgrading - bit that n Sink was blocked and water not draining but I cleared this myself Damp at floor level needs sorting

A place to hang clothes etc in the room would have been great; but not the biggest issue.

Very unique and quirky; great location right in the middle of everything in Georgetown. The art street + lots of cute cafe’s around too.

The hotel room was quite small and cramped. No wardrobe or drawers for clothing. We stayed four nights, and we never received any room service of any description. The room was never cleaned and the tea,coffee or water was never replaced from the first day we arrived. There wasn't a refrigerator in the room and the TV channels were extremely limited to a few channels. With all that being said, the hotel is very useful as a base to stay at while visiting Georgetown and Penang. It served its purpose for my wife and I. We were in Penang on a visa run and we only intended on staying a few days anyway.

The location of the property was very convenient, more or less in the heart of Georgetown and little India. There are plenty of different choices of restaurants etc. It's also conveniently located near the bus terminals and ferry terminal. The hotel and its facilities were basic, but to be fair, it was a reasonable price for this type of accommodation. There was an electrical kettle and a hairdryer in the room and there's also a TV but there's not a lot of choice of channels, practically one or two TV channels..

The room had no windows and there's a lot of wear and tear. I didn't mind for a 1 night stay. There was noise late at night from other guests in my particular stay.

Great location in the Indian area of George Town. I stayed here for the proximity to the port to continue travelling the next day. The jungle themed decor was very interesting and unique. Not a bad place for a short stay given the price.

The water for bathtub was not functioning. Doesn’t have phone connecting to reception. And for Muslim, there was no any sign of kiblat.
