The price per night was expensive in my view

We looked for a place next to the airport so location was great, shuttle to the airport was great, breakfast was great and the team was super helpful

Water bottles would be nice to be included in the room. We were parched when we arrived, and it would be nice to have it rather than run downstairs to buy it. Breakfast starts at 6:30am, dinner ends at 9:30pm. As its an airport Hotel where people are leaving and arriving at various late or early hours it would be nice to have extended hours to eat sth in the restaurant. We couldn't use any of the options beacuse of late arrival and early departure. Shame as we heard food was excellent.

It was close to the airport. Very good instructions about bus transfer from the airport and they were provided before we arrived. It was free from the airport and 5eur to the airport. You can pay right away in the reception for the bus for the next day and book the hour. It indeed leaves at the scheduled time, so be early. You can pay only by card in the entire hotel which was not a problem for us. We even prefer that. The drivers, receptionists, and everyone were very kind. The shop with snacks and drinks, coffee machine was really good especially that we arrived after restaurant was closed. Beds soft, spacious room and good quality of sheets. Thank you!

It was noisy. I was in a room that was communicating to the room next-door through a door, which was close to my bed and I could hear everything happening in the next room.

I like the location, very close to the airport and the shuttle was very nice and on time to pick me up from the hotel to the airport for only 5e.

The hotel has own shuttle bus running every 30 minutes to get to the airport from where you can catch a lot of other bus or train connections so it doesn't matter that you don't live in the city centre. Surrounding area is nice and quiet, yet you can still find restaurants around. Staff was nice and helpful, room was cleaned every day, beds are comfortable plus there is a hotel wellness (pool and sauna for free) so it was all good.

Fabulous staff - all helpful and friendly. Room was clean and the bed was really comfy. We had breakfast on two mornings and the choice was great - something for everyone. The hotel shuttle bus from the airport was a great addition and made the journey to and from Amsterdam easy.

The location is a little bit far from the airport but the shuttle gives it an ease. The ambiance from the lobby going to the room can be improved but after you enter your room you'll forget about it.

The poor sound-proof with the echo of people chatting in the corridor were somehow disturbing to my sleep in the midnight, despite that my room was almost at the end of the corridor far from the elevator.

My room was comfortably spacious and its decor was simple and cool. The hotel provided free transfer from the airport and charged €5 per person for transfer to the airport. A cheaper alternative was to walk less than 10 minutes to a nearby stop and took the Connexxion buses to the airport or city.

There is no fridge in the room. I think that it's important to have a fridge in the room. The TV should also have international channels in English and other languages but not only in Dutch.

We had everything that we wanted or needed, and had a great stay for 5 nights.

This hotel is very conveniently located for Schiphol airport, with a regular shuttle bus service running in both directions every 30 minutes. The shuttle only takes 12 minutes. It costs nothing to get from the airport to the hotel, and to get from the hotel to the airport. If you're staying for more than one night, it's worth buying the 3-day shuttle pass for €10. From Schiphol you can then catch the train into Amsterdam that takes about 30 minutes, or to almost anywhere in the Netherlands, as well as the express bus to the Keukenhof tulip gardens. The hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. The rooms had everything that we wanted and was very clean. Staying here helped us to afford our visit to the Netherlands, as the hotels in central Amsterdam have become much more expensive.

The shuttle pick up from the airport to the hotel was a disaster. For some reason the shuttle bus of the hotel was out of order so they had a hired agency operating the shuttle transfer. The shuttle bus had a small hotel placard which was hardly visible and that made us miss the shuttle bus twice. Also the driver was rude.

It will be nice to give more priority for children. They are future and the next tourits. In our trip in Amsterdam we observed not too much welcome for children. Maybe in the next trip we will fine it.

It was a lovely suite great for our family. Few spiders Web and hair doll in the sofa. Bathroom was too clean unfortunately. Beds are very comfortable. The restaurant very friendly and nice to prepare a little treats for my birthday. The food was good. A big thank you to the manager of the restaurant. Small things make the customers happy.
