Given this was an apartment, the only cooking facility was a multi function microwave. An electric ring or something similar would have been useful. The steep, narrow stairs could cause issues for older people. We managed, but being in our late 60's took the stairs very cautiously.

Good, central location within 10 mins walk of the station. The building was surprisingly quiet for a city centre. We were pleased to be able to stay in a traditional Amsterdam house, with solid wooden beams and steep staircase, to the apartment and to feel closer to the history of the city.

It is not meant for a long stay: there is no kitchen, only a microwave oven. There is a small fridge but no dishwasher nor washing machine

There is a flight of stairs I was not aware of. They were very narrow. The locks were clunky to work through each time. Not an operational kitchen. Wished it had a hot plate to make eggs at least. The apartment was cold at night

Door to apartment doesn’t lock from the outside, so can’t lock the door when you leave. Front door on the street is very secure though, so not really an issue.

We had a very nice stay in Amsterdam. The apartment exceeded our expectations and the location is perfect. We loved that it has a small kitchen (with coffee, tea, oil, etc. included), the owner really takes care of all the details! Such a good experience :)

It was not possible to leave our luggages at the flat for two extra hours (even if there were new guests coming after us for two days). I was told this was due to the cleaner's schedule, but I would have appreciated some flexibility.

Lovely flat, very clean, fantastic location - close to the main attractions and only a short walk to the train station. The bedroom faces a courtyard, so there's no noise disturbing the guests' sleep. Very private. Easy self-check in. Comfortable beds. Nice water pressure. Easy to communicate with the host via booking messages.

Lovely spacious apartment with modern appliances and lovely little touches like fabulous coffee machine and plenty of capsules. Very well positioned in Amsterdam city centre for easy exploration. Lots of reference materials and map for planning the daily itinerary. Lovely host who was very attentive and readily available. Comfy beds and strong hot water shower.

The only negative point is that to get to the apartment there are two very steep flights of stairs with very narrow steps. It did not affect my stay at all, but for older people it is a problem.

Nothing really, but if was going to be really, really picky, a plug in the bathroom sink would have been useful for the occasions you wanted to fill the bowl and freshen up without having a shower. However, I'm almost embarrassed to mention it as everything else was so great.

Excellent location near to the Centraal station with bars and restaurants on the doorstep and the canals were only minutes walk away. There is a good supermarket within 5 minutes walk. The light, spacious apartment was really well equipped with kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, fridge, toaster and combination oven. The beds were super comfortable (and motorised!) and there were helpful touches for getting ready such as full length mirrors in the hall and bedroom with a plug socket nearby for hairdryer/styler, and as an illuminated make-up mirror on the bedroom dressing table. An iron and ironing board were provided, as were travel adapters. There were plenty of toiletries in the bathroom and the kitchen had the basics you'd need but don't want to buy for a short stay such as salt and pepper and oils. Anny was really accommodating in allowing us to leave our bags at the property after the checkout time as our flight was in the evening. I would definitely stay here if visiting Amsterdam again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

The location is perfect! The bed is so comfortable and cozy. It was the perfect place for me and my Mom on our trip. It is also really close to the Centraal train station. I would definitely stay there again.

The only downside is the very steep stairs, for health adults it's ok. Might have issues for kids, elderly people, or someone with mobility problems. I had no issues with that.

The location is quite central and walking distance to the main train station and several sightseeing points. I could go to majority of places either walking or by public transport. The apartment has a great size and the room is very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped. I had also some issues to find the apartment due to some address confusion and I could get in contact with the host for clarification, but it was my mistake and the apartment is easily findable, no tricks.
