Had problems with neighbours throwing a glass into our room through our balcony and telling us to go back to our country. The hotel didn't do very much about this apart from sweep up the glass. The rest of our stay was fine but I was extremely disappointed with this experience and how it was handled.

The room was too small in compare to the charges and specially the Bathroom, was extremely small and there was no door in the bath place so whenever we took shower the complete bathroom became wet. And when we reach the hotel no one took our luggage’s to the room, I think that’s so basic.

The location was outstanding, the behaviour of the reception staffs was satisfactory, specially the san, she was a sweetheart ❤️

Room was tiny. So elbow room was limited. Air conditioner and radionater didnt work properly. Hygiene was not so good.

Smart TV didn't work when trying to connect with WIFI or the phone :( Not a lot of room in the bathroom, very small, water easily goes all all over.

GREAT location!!! Especially with the canal view room-very cute Easy and quick check in Hot choc and coffee machine in the lobby yay! After check out the reception lock up your bags if you want to explore and later come pick them up- very handy.

Very noisy - could hear other people in their rooms, outside road noise was very loud. Room was very small. Smell of weed coming into the bedroom.

There were 2 bins outside our window which people would use all hours and it was very noisy. The tv only picked up one unwatchable channel. The walls looked like they needed to be repainted.

Was clean, easy to find, the shower was brilliant, the staff were all very friendly and polite.

The towels are yellowish in color which I find disgusting to use. There is no hand wash soap in our room no Toothbrush no tooth paste. Only shower gel same for hair and body thats it.

I like the location its very accessible, i love the area its quiet and very near to tram stop so thats really nice, also the coffee access ublimoted is also a plus :)

Where to start. So I also work at a hotel and I don't want to be mean or anything but dam this hotel is bad. The rooms are small. Like extreamly small like it is not big enough for two people. The sink to was your hands are where the bed is so you need to get out of the bathroom and wash your hands. The guy who was working was not smiling or being like friendly. Also the lights in the room are way too bright that gave me head ache. I am happy I stayed here only one night but god damn it's not good. I do not recomend this hotel at all.

I liked the location of the hotel. That was the only good thing.

The towels are old and YELLOWISH already which you will think twice to use on your body. There is only bodywash in the room nothing else. No toothbrush no Toothpaste no hand wash.

I like the location, it is at the center where you will just walk few minutes and will reach tge restaurants and bar to chill. There is a coffee machine and options on it which you could have warm tea anytime you want. Thats a plus 🤗 There is also lift on certain rooms only not for all rooms.

main towels were missing, only received tiny floor towels after the second night. The radiator needs fixing as only a portion of it was hot and room got cold but soon was ok after being in there ;)

Great location and a tad away from a lively part of town. The receptionist was very welcoming on arrival and gave us suggestions of things to do. The room itself was ok, the type of old buildings can be quite noisey so kind expected i.e toilets fushing, showers other guests etc. Shops and cafe's just around the corner

Room was slightly underkept. Marks all over the walls. Half complete work in bathroom, massive gap between door and tiles which is unsightly which showed all the frame work and insulation. One very flat pillow provided. Safe didn't work, requested help from staff at the front desk but too busy to help as we didn't want to wait about.

location was brilliant, very central but also in a quiet area too so your sleep is not disturbed. Lift available. Staff available 24/7. Vending machine available in the lobby and free hot drinks at reception. Great facilities for heating and air conditioning. View from room to canal, which we paid extra for was great.
