Frosted glass bathroom door is a little strange not as private as would prefer but small complaint on overall stay

Really appreciated the early check in as it made a huge difference to me having been on such an early flight. Great location and lots of nice cafes near by for breakfast. Room was spacious and great value overall for Amsterdam. Loved that our windows and doors opened fully for fresh air and very sound proofed from street noise Great shower.

Modern room in the centre of Amsterdam. We stayed for a night and slept really well. Reception staff were helpful when we needed to leave our luggage before our check-in.

The chair in the room was badly stained and was replaced at our request. The safe in the room was inoperative and was replaced the following day. The reception advertised transfer to the airport at €60.00 however the driver insisted on charging €75.00

Unfortunately, during the night you can hear other guests coming home and talking, or leaving early in the morning.

It is a clean, recently renovated hotel that is close to everything.

All good, location in centre, nice staff. Good room and service. Pretty expensive, but it is the centre of Amsterdam.

Cleanliness was bad. Although the towels were changed daily, the sink wasn't cleaned throughout my 4 night stay. The cushions placed on the pillows weren't clean, I had to spray Fabreeze before I used the pillows. TV had only 4 channels.

Location was excellent, walking distance from the central station and restaurants. Has an elevator which a lot of the hotels of similar sized hotels don't.

Great location to central Amsterdam and street was vibrant with restaurants, coffee shops and other amenities. Close to Amsterdam Central Station.

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The hotel was in a great location, central but not noisy, and only a 15min stroll from Centraal Station. Room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The people on reception were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good in a spacious restaurant

It wasnt exceptionally clean, the walls sound hollow and one can hear the neighboring rooms. We arent that sensitive to that, and the neighboring rooms werent noisy. but this could definitely be bothersome. Maybe its different in the other floors. I expected a bit more for the price

i think the only downside that we found was the walk-in shower/wet room! the drain was at the back of the shower area ,so the water didn't drain away quick enough and consequentialy you had large puddles in the middle of the shower room by the wash hand basin!

very nice room ,nicely furnished and clean we had a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the road ,but no noise due to excellent double glassing paid extra for breakfast which was continental but plenty of choice! beds were very comfortable and clean sheets ,fresh towels every day!

One receptionist told us we could have late check out till 1pm, but infact it should have been 12. This meant we had to rush out of the hotel as the receptionist was calling and knocking at the door for us to leave

The beds were so comfortable, I wanted to take it home with me! The staff were very helpful and friendly

I wasn't sure how clean it was. It felt a bit shabby and slightly tired. I think maybe the Covid lockdown had a big impact on all tourist places.

I didnt try the breakfast. I was jet lagged so my main priority was sleep. The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was basic but that’s what i paid for. The location was great. The street had interesting non tourist shops & cafes.

The hotel was a bit eccentric but it is not a problem if you’re not afraid to walk a bit. It was actually the cheapest we could find. We still think it was a bit expensive but it might just be like that everywhere in Amsterdam.
