Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hotel is in a large wellness complex, the rooms are modern and clean, the bed was comfortable. Reasonable space to work at with some charging points (no USB).

Hotel with a trend to offer low rates by downgrading. The washing sink was in the middle of the room which is actually more of a 1* hotel than a 4**** one. The hotel is part of a large spa and sports center and it looks accordingly impersonal. I don't understand, if I pay immediately at arrival, why I can't get my bill also immediately. If I have to ask for it the day after I waste time for departure.

The receptionist told me that if we’d wanted a room that had airco,, we’d have to upgrade to premium. It seems strange to me that upgrading is a thing. We paid a lot of money and the room smelled like mould. The hotel uses the Wellness boat in their ads, even on the picture above my review, but those are two separate things.
The room was big and restaurant staff was friendly.

The bar closed at 11pm. The spa area was not suitable for everyone.
Room was very spacious and comfortable. The shower was amazing. Location was in easy reach of a supermarket and some restaurants.

the bed wasn't very comfortable (very soft) and the way to get to the room through endless corridors without air conditioned was also uncomfortable.

It say Wellness hotel Fletcher. There is no wellness inside the hotel. It is an extra ship next to the hotel where you have to pay extra to enter the facility. Maybe a misunderstanding, but I thought of enjoying some relaxing time in the evening in the sauna, but in the hotel there is none. A surprise: the hotel is next to a small airport and every 2 minutes a plane was flying above the area.
It was close to the place where I wanted to go. Area is nice and you have the chance to enjoy some wellness, but not in the hotel.

Had expected the swimming pool use to be included with the room, but it required buying a full spa ticket. As we were only staying for one night , checked in at 15:00 it would've been great to use the swimming pool, but at Euro 17.50 each that was excessive.
The bed was very comfortable, had a very good nights sleep. The breakfast was good, lots of variety for all tastes. The London pub restaurant is fun, the chef's special of the day was excellent.

The lobby staff was a bit lost and unsure on what to do with the reservation when I got there, almost sufficient English, there was lack and inability to answer for all the information needed for the spa services, there was no catalog available in English, the room had poor ventilation system, I switched rooms, cleaning was poor, there was dust everywhere, no fridge, poor amenities, small towels. When addresed to the spa center, they claimed to be fully booked (they opperate from morning till late evening), for the whole week... More than expensive for the services provided. Would not recommend.

Window in the bedroom wasn't able to open horizontally, only vertically . It got warm in the room and there was no AC.
Continental Breakfast was really good. Coffees are great. The espresso machine and kettle service in the room was a very nice extra :) ` Location is perfect if you're interested in World War II sightseeings, hence the reason we chose this one.

The website posts pictures suggesting a pool - and the label 'wellness' suggests much the same. Sadly, there was no pool, although we could have a swim at a neighbouring fitness centre, at extra payment. Since we had booked precisely because of the pool ( a very hot day had been expected), one can imagine my daughter's disappointment. Also, absence of fridge is worrying (how else to keep water cool?). The restaurant was fair but overpriced (17,50 for a mildly decent spag bol...), and the building itself is utterly devoid of charm - large slab of concrete or something, really.
The bare minimum: the staff was friendly and the room room was clean and fairly large, and the hotel was quiet: I slept surprisingly well.
