We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Flexibility of the staff - we received delicious breakfast packages as we left too early to benefit from the breakfast onsite. The location of the hotel is amazing.

NetherlandsThe restaurant's menu is mainly aimed at holiday guests with with plenty of time. Many small dishes and complex menus. (virtually no choice of 'simple' one plate dishes. Only after asking the staff)
The room was spacious and comfortable furnished. Parking was not a problem, because there were plenty of parking spaces within a 20-meter walk.

United KingdomI found that the menu in their restaurant was rather limited and could have done with more choice/ items to choose from and found that the food in the restaurant was quite expensive compared to everywhere else. the hotel was also in a bit of an odd place, and was well out of the way of everywhere right in the middle of a housing estate!! we struggled to find it too as there were no signs, ect telling you where the hotel was.
I loved the rooms, and was very impressed to be provided the disabled accessible room as I requested upon booking as I'm disabled. the rooms are very spacious with a good amount of room to move around, which is a bonus.

Breakfast was really terrible. If you came by 10u00 (and the breakfast is until 11u00) a lot of things were not available. You need to ask everything. Refill was not automatically. Very disappointed in the breakfast.

Czech RepublicWe needed to leave early, so we wellcomed that the breakfast is opening at 7am. … but actually it isnt. The young “breakfast guy” came at 7:20 and his speed was “killing” ☠️ Mostly “killing us”, because we needed to go.
it is a nice calming place … in the “middle of nowhere”. Hotel is very nice and the atmosphere is very friendly.
