The room was small and awkward. Not many towels, tiny soap, No shampoo, a dirty glass in the bathroom. Shower was Luke warm and slippery, poor lighting. We had trouble figuring out the lights and the ventilation (we needed someone to come up to help us.)

The staff were friendly and helpful, also knowledgeable. Great breakfast.

Shower didn't have a door or full screen so a lot of water spills out on the bathroom floor. Blinds in bathroom for full length window difficult to close.

Great room and bathroom size. Good shower pressure. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Private terrace area. Great variety of food at breakfast, including coffee and juice. Staff were friendly and we were able to leave our luggage with the reception staff while we went to pick up our hire car.

There aren't any facilities at the time of our stay for kids. Breakfast options were limited.

We had the unit on the top floor w balcony. The balcony and the view were the most amazing part of our stay. It is what makes this hotel better than others.

Nothing about the property. Bit of confusion over what cards could be accepted for payment when we arrived and the guy on reception could have been a little nicer about it

The cleanliness was not perfect, the terrace had cigarette buds and the room we found a bit dusty. Also, the facilities, like the breakfast room could do with some improvement.

The room was spacious and light. The terrace was a bonus; however, we could not enjoy it entirely due to rain and wind. The location was very convenient. The breakfast had good choice of food

Reception a bit confusing as it shares with the other hotel. The rooms are on the ground floor. Behind the curtain is a glass door directly facing the walk path. Don’t feel very private or safe for belongings.

Blinds system wasn't working, curtains broken. I didn't have a time to discuss this problem but the room was on ground floor with big window so it was a little bit uncomfortable. Good value for money as Genius 3 with discount.

The location of the hotel is great, walkable to everywhere with a lot of good restaurants and groceries around. Hotel staff very helpful and kind, quick with response with great tips. Hotel room was modern with nice details, clean.

The atmosphere of this hotel was curious. At first, it really seems like a fancy hotel, on the other hand, the rooms are not so comfortable, bathroom is not living its first days. Unfortunately, they didn't offer us to have a breakfast.

The hotel was located in a nice neighbourhood, everything was nearby also by walks or public transport. Staff was friendly and accepted my wish to add additional traveler there.

Having a ground floor window looking straight on to the street. A cleaner let themself into our room whilst we were there. He knocked but opened it straight away without giving me time to open it.

Room was clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The whatsapp messaging is also helpful.

Key card didn't seem to work on main entrance but reception is 24/7 so no issues. Some of interior was a bit worn but overall lovely room and bathroom. Sadly we only had 1 sachet of sugar.

Balcony overlooking the city was great. Location is walkable distance to Amsterdam Central and Leidseplein or various tram stops 2mins away. Some nice food places across the road / on same street. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bed was extremely comfy and TV has Netflix and YouTube. Fridge in room with free water was a nice touch as well as slippers and dressing gowns.
