Room 5 was like a shoe box so small found left over little bits of food and a good few hairs on my sheet/covers so did my friend which honestly made me wanna book another place it was on the ground floor with a window when you looked out the window ya could see right into the room across from us an there was like a smoking area between the two rooms which had a note outside of it saying no entry but o checked the door an it was never locked so we where ascared to keep the window open in the night so stuffy an horrible we asked could we be moved to a different room the man at the desk said not till tomorrow at 3 an you will have to be out of room 5 by 10 so it can be cleaned for someone else ( it wasn’t clean for us tho) that meant we had to get up an out of the room pack all our stuff again

I liked how central the place is it’s in the red light district and walking distance to all the main things in the dam

the front door was really loud at all hours of the night/morning slamming shut and the other residents were really noisy walking through the building

very convenient, great location, was able to store luggage while waiting to check in and out.

Not isolated at all you can hear everyone outside at night, the bed blankets were fairly small and covered 3/4 of my body only. Ban snorers from rooms couldn’t sleep for 2 nights

Small room on top floor, 6 floors of narrow and steep stairs, horrible view outside the window, very stuffy room with no space the walls were at a slant for 2 of the beds no room at all

The stairs are really typical of the area but probably if you have a big luggage that could be a problem. I’m sure the staff will take care of that because they’re very nice.

The property is very typical of Amsterdam. The rooms are modern with a great bathroom and everything you need for the stay. The staff is super kind. It’s located in the really heart of Amsterdam. Really close to metro station so it’s very easy to travel around the city and arrive from the airport. The lady at the check-in was super nice to get informed how I could reach the Ziggo Dome without calling a taxi and save some money. Perfect for families and friends.

Breakfast and pillows could be better. Loud guests were not the property’s fault, but still… one night was quite difficult to sleep because of the noise in the stairs and in the bedroom above us.

Great location, friendly staff, clean room. Despite the central location, our room was super quiet, no noise from outside.

Refurbishment, had no idea it was being done. Room basic,not even a wardrobe. Bedding only changed on last night. There for 6 nights. Understand it's in Amsterdam, but very noisy, felt as though floor and walls were paper thin.

We was right at the top floor with no lift, I had to put my mattress on the floor to sleep as the bed was too soft I kept rolling out of it
