Very good guest service. I contacted the property beforehand asking if we could park our electric bikes somewhere indoors. Upon arrival the receptionist let us know that we could park the bikes inside an empty room where we could also charge them. All staff we spoke to were friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant for dinner as well as breakfast was very good. Also, the hotel has a very cosy atmosphere. We would stay here again.

we stayed in a room spread over two floors with the bed on the upper floor and the bathroom downstairs but the stairs were quite steep to go down on during the night to go to the bathroom. the room also felt a bit cold and sparsely decorated

Not per se that we didn’t like, but what was noticeable was that during the rainstorm the water had difficulty to leave the building and gave bubbly noise and let water stand in the shower/toilet

The chairs in the dinning rooms were a bit tight to sit in. More open chairs would be desirable.

The staff wasn’t always there for us due to weddings held on the same location. I needed to explore the bar myself for sugar or a slice of lemon when staff didn’t appear.

Lovely and charming location. The park around the main building is so inviting. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast with wide range of fresh products.

Perfect room in the Botanica building, we loved the matrass en bedlinnen. Rooms are simple but sufficient.

The single room I stayed in was very small but just OK for 1 person. Almost all confort were available, but I would have appreciated if a TV would have been available. A part of this, nothing serious to complain about :)

Magnificent place, very relaxing and sorrounded by a big green area. All the buildings look amazing and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and full of choices.

Tiny room, the shower water splashes on the toilet, and very thin walls and doors. From 6 in the morning I was waken up by other guests leaving their room and going to breakfast. They did not act loud , but the walls are so thin that you hear every door open and close, and every step on the stairs next to the room.

The coffee and tea area in the cottage area of the section I was in was not kept in good condition. Dirty cups etc has been left for at least 3 days. Coffee was not replaced in the machines - complimentary cookies, etc was not reloaded. The corridor to the room was very smoky seems like there might have been some rooms where people were smoking. That made it little difficult and made me cough.

Breakfast was great. It was a lovely space - a little far from where I was supposed to be but accessible. Lots of great little cafes and restuarants near by. Room was cozy. Staff were very helpful.

Rooms not in main house which isn’t marked properly, the tiles on neither of the rooms we had were not super clean. The first room we booked was super small in one of the “newer” built houses on the side. No privacy bathroom for the first room. second room was much more spacious, however mattress and pillows not the same. The last night they had a private event at the main house, which we weren’t notified about so you couldn’t order the usual snack menu or dinner. Thankfully the chef put something together and brought it to us which was super tasty!

Beautiful main house and sorroundings, the food was absolutely delicious especially the snacks menu! The 3 course meal is good value for many and tasty. The staff was super friendly, and even managed to switch our rooms. Great ebike rental which we used to get to the golf event at Bernardus golf course. Mattresses and pillows in first smaller room were great! Second room we had, had a proper bathroom and much more spacious, in a charming house, a bit more like the main house.

I stayed only 1 night, so what I'll mention was not a major issue, though I did not prefer or like: - The bathroom. It is not properly divided from the rest of the room. A glass door is the only element between the room and the shower/toilet area (not the best in terms of privacy); - I am aware that the property is in a big garden, however some spiderwebs were on the ceiling corners and a layer of dust was present. A little extra attention on the cleanliness would be suggested. - There was a "room pad", but it did not work.

-The location is simply beautiful. The property lies on a large, green estate. We enjoyed a very nice breakfast in a lovely terrace surrounded by garden. - I had to check in quite late, but the night reception provided a swift and easy access. - I found the bed extremely comfortable (mattress on the hard side, rather than soft - but not too much). - The overall design.
