Perfect location for both exploring the old city center and hopping on a train or tram. We were right on the alley window, but thankfully didn’t have too much issues with noise and excellent black out curtains for privacy!

I expected to have one double bed, but in fact there were two beds next to each other.

We really enjoyed breakfast and the staff working at the breakfast. One of the service women gave us very good tips and advice how to explore Delft. The room was very cozy and it felt very romantic inside the room. The mattresses were very comfortable. It is nice that you can make coffee in your room. The view from the room was mesmerizing, it faced the Old Church. The location was just perfect. In overall, we were very satisfied with the stay.

The windows had some mold, from moisture, so maybe the rooms should be heated more to avoid it. The rooms could use some refurbishing in general.

The cord of the lamp on the nightstand had tape wound around it. It appeared to be white medical adhesive tape, not typical electrical tape. That did not seem very safe. Also, the television in our room kept turning itself on, even though we did not touch the TV or the remote. We had to unplug it in order to sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located very near the city center. Everything in the historic center is less than a ten-minute walk away. The staff provided helpful assistance when needed, recommending restaurants and calling a taxi, etc. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was an issue with the heating of my first room leading to spending my first night stay in cold temperature, however, after I talked with the reception, they shortly changed my room and offered a better room. The breakfast was good and had some special items. I had requested breakfast with allergens considerations and they were helpful in explaining the ingredients to me and offering compatible foods with my request. Having a coffee/tea maker in the room was very nice.

The bathroom could have a better design with a walk-in shower. The bathtub is not very convenient.

We were invited to a party. The location was very convenient. Unfortunately, next day we had little time to check out city center. Great location and we will return.

Dangerously slippery bathtub needs fixing before an accident happens. Cleaners kept coming into the room in spite of hanging Do Not Disturb and Do Not Clean hung on door. Very irritating!

Several entrances to hotel but once yours is found no further issues. Some room bedside lights not working. Room a little dark.
