The bed, but is also related to the type (box-spring) with a mattress topper; which slides aside over the bed frame, so you get tilted overnight. (maybe I move too much overnight)

Staff members were very kind. Breakfast was good, enough choice. Between 8-10.30 is a lot of time to have your breakfast. Spacious rooms, utilities; daily cleaning. Environmentally friendly; or at least making you aware of it. View from window, small balcony with chairs.

The value, but Texel is just expensive.

We loved the property. Pity it is located next to the road, but in the end we were not bothered by the traffic noise. Room was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the bathtub as well. Breakfast is very standard, but tasty. Very kind and helpful staff!

Just that we weren't notified about the electric charger being broken to charge our vehicle. But on the plus side, they did provide a solution and a go-to place where we could leave the car overnight to charge.

The hotel is modern. The room was clean, and spacious (including two armchairs, desk space, outside terrace) and they even provided everything from the spa collection range, such as a little lavender spray for bedtime. Staff were friendly and spoke to us in English. Breakfast was varied and some of the stuff changed from day to day but there was always a little bit of everything - eggs (omelette or boiled or scrambled), bacon, pancakes, jams, cheese, cold cuts, bread, cereal, milk, yoghurt, juices, coffee and tea. Parking area is adjacent to the hotel.

Nothing really that they could do to change. Because of circumstances (maybe not enough staff) the restaurant wasn't open the whole week. But when we had dinner at the restaurant it was great.

Not much. Only thing was the low battery of the bike before we left.

Good location with parking space. We had a large room with a door to the garden (and a small terrace). Quiet environment. Bikes for rent available. Good breakfast with nice variety. Hotel is relaxed over day too. Hotel is a good starting point for your activities on the island.

Staff was very different, some are great with a smile and a little chat, others seem to be somewhat grumpy and seem more bothered to do their job. In all, things did got done where needed and the place is clean, tidy and cosy.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are good and bathroom is also spacious. Breakfast is great and very good atmosphere. Surroundings are quiet and main road is very closeby. The small village is at wlkaing distance, beach at cycling distance and the main town at Texel either by bus or own transport.

It's not a big deal and it depends per person I imagine, but we prefer when two person beds have one big mattress instead of two smaller ones.

Our stay at Hotel Molenbos was very nice. It is situated delightfully close to the lighthouse, breakfast was nice and the dinner we had in the hotel restaurant was very good. Everybody was very nice and the hotel was very quiet at night. Everything was very clean. The bathroom with bath was also very very nice and I appreciated the hotel providing soaps, lotions, shampoo and conditioner.

The privacy on the balcony could have been improved, currently, on the ground floor, there's just a small partition that divides to the nearby rooms, but would be good to extend this partition to have more privacy.
