Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The room was very small for 2 persons. I have atayed in your hotel quite some times and i am aware there are much bigfer and more comfortable rooms. I cannot understand why i was gicen the specific room ,which probably in terms of size is only for one person. This time the room did not meet our expextations,unfortunately. Additionally, the toilet paper was completely wet and the bathroom ventilation very dirty.

The bathroom does not ventilate well and the shower messes... a lot.

Personally the pillows were too large for me so I used a rolled up towel (on a longer stay I would've probably easily resolved this with the reception). I also think some extra identification could be wise when requesting your key again after going out. I was there only one night so no problem for me as everything else was great.
Very friendly people at the reception, they did everything to make me feel welcome and how I could improve my stay (and advice on my journey as well). The hotel is a fine mix between cozy / stylish and the location is superb, my single room was very spacious and clean (the Pink room is what they called it I believe, because of a stylish dark pink wall I'd say :)). Step outside and you're in walking distance of many bars and beautiful parts of Enkhuizen. If there's a room in this hotel I'd like to visit again another time.

Atypical sink - effective to look at, but impractical. The room did not have sufficient lighting. Music production under the windows late into the night.

There were no blinds in the bedrooms so it wasn’t possible to have a long sleep. Sunrise was waking time because of it. That was a shame

Thankfully, there was a fan in the room but it was still hot. We also didn't have cleaning service during our 2 night stay, (apparently you have to request it but we didn't know until it was too late) but we quickly received new towels upon request.
The stay was lovely. Location is great, rooms were clean and nicely done.

Great location and their patio has a splendid view. We arrived late after work and were still served a splendid dinner. Breakfast was also very generous and tasty; we also enjoyed their patio for a read. Very helpful staff and a pleasant stay. If it's a hot time of the year, and you have the windows open, the glockenspiel will keep you awake as it plays every 15 minutes a different tune. Take ear plugs.

Windows have not been cleaned in a while, lots of spiderwebs, insufficient window shielding against light.
