We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great location. Front desk staff were consistently helpful with bookings, directions, and recommendations. Room with canal view was spacious and well done design-wise. Bar had great drinks and doubled as the breakfast room.

I had an unexpected stopover in Amsterdam due to a missed connecting flight and booked the room on a very short notice late night. Upon my arrival just 40 min later, hotel staff knew my name and I found personalised welcome card in my room together with some sweets. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Linda.

Bar was wonderful and cozy. Breakfast was amazing and they kept the food and coffee coming! Our room, in a little building behind the main building, had two great skylights, steam shower and nice amenities.

What an amazing incredible stay that me and my wife recently had at the 5 star luxury hotel! The entire staff went above and beyond to meet each and every request that was ask from the time we arrived until the time we departed. It was truly more than we expected. We will forever be grateful for, as we say from the south of USA , the first class “warm hospitality.” Our stay was so welcoming that we have booked our return stay with them before departing back home. A must stay if you ever visiting Amsterdam!! The BEST! Tip: We love luxury and always looking for excellent service with warm hospitality and this was over the top!!!!

The Toren is amazing! The location is amazing,the staff were all so nice and made us feel so welcome! The aesthetics are just beautiful! The big bathtub in the room is fantastic! I was so shocked, they left me a handwritten note and a jar of candy! They have robes and slippers in the room.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The front of house staff gave good advice on attractions and restaurants. ItalyBreakfast service was hit or miss. A lot of mistakes -- bringing the wrong items, forgetting things we asked for. It also seems a bit overpriced. Carpets in our room (401) were stained in many places and kind of gross.
Location was perfection. Front desk staff very friendly (if not always super informed). Decor and style of the room were lovely.

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel! The hotel is located on a quiet street with easy access to many of Amsterdam's top sights via a short walk or nearby public transportation connections. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
