Street noise. I suppose this is inescapable in Amsterdam.

Great location. Front desk staff were consistently helpful with bookings, directions, and recommendations. Room with canal view was spacious and well done design-wise. Bar had great drinks and doubled as the breakfast room.

I had an unexpected stopover in Amsterdam due to a missed connecting flight and booked the room on a very short notice late night. Upon my arrival just 40 min later, hotel staff knew my name and I found personalised welcome card in my room together with some sweets. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially Linda.

OMG this hotel is just Fantastic in all sense of the word. From greeting from front desk to great rooms nice cleaning staff and great resto staff. What to say just Fantastic setvice and Hotel. Very nice breakfast with great choices. Highly recomend this property. Thumbs up

Room could have been cleaned better. Lots of dust and crumbs on shelves and in corners.

Bar was wonderful and cozy. Breakfast was amazing and they kept the food and coffee coming! Our room, in a little building behind the main building, had two great skylights, steam shower and nice amenities.

Although the hotel and staff are great I think there are properties in the area that offer better value for money.

The property is centrally located and within walking distance from all major attractions, shops and other amenities. The hotel is beautifully done and furnished.

The attentive staff and beautifully decorated hotel made for a wonderful stay. Our room was very comfortable with a garden view. We were within walking distance to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed walking and exploring the old city.

Beds in NL are narrower than other countries. Not much can be done about this. Canal homes have very narrow staircases.

What an amazing incredible stay that me and my wife recently had at the 5 star luxury hotel! The entire staff went above and beyond to meet each and every request that was ask from the time we arrived until the time we departed. It was truly more than we expected. We will forever be grateful for, as we say from the south of USA , the first class “warm hospitality.” Our stay was so welcoming that we have booked our return stay with them before departing back home. A must stay if you ever visiting Amsterdam!! The BEST! Tip: We love luxury and always looking for excellent service with warm hospitality and this was over the top!!!!

The beds are tiny and I almost rolled off several times in the middle of the night

The Toren is amazing! The location is amazing,the staff were all so nice and made us feel so welcome! The aesthetics are just beautiful! The big bathtub in the room is fantastic! I was so shocked, they left me a handwritten note and a jar of candy! They have robes and slippers in the room.

The room was a little gloomy and was not in the main hotel.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The front of house staff gave good advice on attractions and restaurants. Everyone else including the cleaners were polite and friendly, made the stay and experience of being in amsterdam more enjoyable. The flowers and the decor in the main hotel were charming.

Very little to complain about. The only minor thing was we thought the carpet in the room probably could have used a clean….it wasn’t obviously dirty but looked a bit tired. The rest of the room was absolutely spotless.

Staff were all really nice and helpful, the bar/breakfast area was gorgeous, the bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet for sleeping at night

Breakfast service was hit or miss. A lot of mistakes -- bringing the wrong items, forgetting things we asked for. It also seems a bit overpriced. Carpets in our room (401) were stained in many places and kind of gross.

Location was perfection. Front desk staff very friendly (if not always super informed). Decor and style of the room were lovely.

The only minor suggestion we have for improvement is to upgrade the towels; they seemed a bit old and worn. Everything else was wonderful!

We loved our stay at this beautiful hotel! The hotel is located on a quiet street with easy access to many of Amsterdam's top sights via a short walk or nearby public transportation connections. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
