Just perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed such generally unusual for 4 star hotel super spacious size of the standard room with the bonus of fitted dedicated working table to sit down on the laptop for daily business activities Massive bathroom with adjusent separate shower room Brilliant restaurant and meeting bar with loads of choice to enjoy sharing the evening food or drink Top marks to the customer service for bringing extra bed into the room for my daughter free of charge, free parking, and generally very quick online response from the hotel's customer service team Great extras of our stay: Wonderful Spa, swimming pool and fitness facilities on top of the hotel (14th floor) make the experience even more remarkable with window views and relaxation facilities Overall it was excellent stay and experience, which I would highly recommend

I would expect asssistance for the return of 1 day i could not pe present due to the storm . my flight was cancelled , as many others , and an effort to help to that refund would be important from the Hotel , because other contacts are very restricted , and only the Hotel has that possibily with booking. com

The views are to the highway and it is quite pricey.

The room with the spa is absolutely to die for. We had a long relaxing weekend. There is a big bathtub as well as a spacious sauna. We also ate at the restaurant which had delicous food.

The wait for the lift was lengthy at times.

We loved the breakfast selection. Our room was very big and comfortable and enjoyed the large shower. Bigger cups were needed for the coffee when using the larger one. We used the pool which was lovely but spoiled by other users diving in

Perhaps a bigger play area for the kids, although the one in the hotel is one of the best I've seen x More family Rooms available.

The breakfast and restaurant as a whole were spectacular! The room was very spacious and could well be a family room with comfort for at least 5 people! The pool was delightful, clean, calm, superb!

This was a great choice for our short trip to Dordrecht. The room was very nice! Spacious, bright, clean and quiet. And a great view! Bathroom was large and bathtube was super. Breakfast was super, something for everyone. I especially liked that you can order the omelette the way you like, the selection of smoothies, granolas and availability of fresh ginger and mint for your tea! And we loved the pool and sauna, on 14th floor with great view! We will come back for sure

2 mattresses + gap The only thing that comes to mind are the beds. My partner and I tend to cuddle when sleeping, but unfortunately the double bed consisted of two separate mattresses. This meant there was a gap between us, which was slightly less comfortable for sleeping together. 7/10 for the bed. Sauna did not get very hot The sauna in the wellness center was not very warm. I would estimate the temperature to have been around 27-32 degrees Celcius. If you're looking to warm up comfortably, it's great! You likely won't sweat in this sauna. 4/10 for the sauna.

The staff is wonderful and contributes successfully to that 'holiday feeling'. We felt like the staff (at reception) welcomed us very nicely and helped us with any requests we had (extended check out so we could enjoy the wellness center, have a room on a higher floor for better views and more). Reception staff provided us the luxury service that makes a holiday feel like a nice break away from all daily stresses. 10/10 for the staff! The food is incredible We enjoyed an evening dinner on our day of arrival and were blown away by how amazing the food quality was. It really felt like a culinary experience for a good price/quality ratio (high value for money). Staff was really nice and didn't disrupt us, yet showed up within mere moments every time we needed a refill / service. Really amazing! The next day we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which provided lots of different delicious treats (from savoury to sweet, options were countless). 10/10 for the food.
