Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

1.The pillows on the bed, in my opinion, were too hard and far from orthopedic ones :) . 2. We booked a quiet room, but in the absence of outside noise, there was a slight but constant noise at night, apparently from the general air conditioning or ventilation system. We had to get used to it. 3. And there was also an almost common drawback of many hotel rooms - insufficient number of hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes, towels, etc. when you take a shower or wash yourself.
Good, almost perfect location. Close to major tourist attractions. At the same time, it is a quiet, peaceful place next to the park. A great option to get there by bus from the airport. The bus stop is almost next to the hotel (5 minutes). It was comfortable and inexpensive. A small but cozy and clean room, equipped with everything you need - hanger for top coat, chest of drawers for suitcases, a coffee table, two chairs, bedside tables and local lighting. A nice bonus was the "NESPRESO" coffee machine and, accordingly, capsules with coffee and sugar. A good option would also be to find the safe, although we wouldn’t use it. The bathroom has fairly new, fully functional sanitary equipment. Reliable and fairly fast Internet with one password throughout the hotel. Friendly and responsive staff. We were offered to use the storage room after check-out. I can’t say anything about the food, since we are vegans and plan our own food.

The room was on the ground floor, near kitchen and garbage containers were just outside the window. Room was quite dark, always needed the lights on.
The hotel is small but quite nice itself. The breakfast is ok, everything you need in the morning. Coffee, eggs, ham and cheese for sandwich. The size of the room is ok, clean bathroom, good beds. I really liked the location, because it is very close to the museums, markets and just a walking distance to the city center. So really not necessary to buy city transport tickets.

Individual beds could be a bit bigger.
Great location, very convenient to move around the city as well as getting from/to the airport. Comfortable, functional, clean, quiet street without noises. I would recommend and come back!

Room floors were not cleaned the best - under the bed we found reading glasses and it was dirty under the bed as well. Next to the hotel is a kindergarten and children were out all day - you could hear the yelling to the room.
Location is 10/10. Room had a minifridge. Very cosy and nice room, comfy beds and pillows.

The room was very hot and the window only opened a little. Couldn't get the AC to work (and didn't want it on while sleeping either). The room was very expensive, but then that's because of location I assume.
Location was very good and room was not big but okay. I really liked the coffee/tea maker. Staff was very friendly. Beds were also good and the room was quiet.

Can be a little loud beside the school playground but doesn’t go on long late and wouldn’t stop me coming back.

The towels were really small. The shower temperature gauge had been put on the wrong way round so the water was far too hot. After speaking to the staff we were told to basically reverse everything so 50* was in fact luke warm but 0* was scalding. It was a little noisy from outside in the street but I always travel with earplugs so that wasn’t a problem for me.
The location was perfect. Our room for 3 adults was a good size, high ceilings and large windows. I found the bed and pillows comfortable.
