We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

KuwaitNo laundry room or laundromat. They provided only 2 towels for 4 guests. Under staffed but they are helpful. We have to clean everything before leaving and no cleaning service. Television is fully in Dutch and not a smart TV.
Peaceful and very scenic location. Perfect for small family of 4. Just loved everything. Kitchen facilities were to the point. Whatever was not there, when requested, they immediately provided.

KuwaitThe thing that I did not like that there no car park next to Hotel so you have to walk for 300m with your luggage to check in and check out. but this can be accepted for the wonderful place.
the place is amazing we are 4 people and Chalet was very nice we enjoyed in the 2 nights and I want to extend my booking, but unfortunately it was fully booked. I would like to Thank reception man Mikel who was very friendly and also who welcomed us and speak some Arabic words. for sure I will be booking next my visit.

.It is a beautiful place where you can relax and spend a couple of days without the hustle and bustle of the big cities like Amsterdam. It's calm and peaceful atmosphere with it's warm and friendly natives made the stay all the more pleasant. The accomodation is clean, simple and had basic amenities. The rooms are small; so pack light. We didnt spend a lot of time indoors. They are quite strict with the check in and check out timings. So as long as you can manage that all is good. Also it's a collection of little houses. So depending on what house /villa you are allotted the view could be good or be better..bebb.It.t...... .

GermanyThe chairs were damaged, a part of the kitchen equipment was missing. the tea bags provided were old and smelled bad. On Booking.com it was mentioned the property does not accept pets, so I have to arrange a dog hotel for my dog but when I arrived there many of the guests had dogs.

Netherlandsalthough parking is nearby.. if you have luggage then you will be dragging them with you to the reception. maybe not related to the Chalet itself.. but from my experience Giethoorn is not worth an overnight stay.. a one day trip from Amsterdam or another city nearby will be more than enough
we’re family of 4 (myself, my wife and two kids) we got Chalet 18 which is a lake view.. amazing view of the lake.. the host was very nice and welcoming.. deposit is 150€ you get it back when checkout if you follow the Chalet rules which are reasonable.. location is right in the center of everything.. Parking available nearby.. kitchen is fully equipped. beds were ok.. the Chalet also offer boats for rent.
