We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

NorwayThe radiator in the room stops every cca. 3 hours, temp..falls to 19 degrees if not restarted manually from the control panel. Fair enough, but when it's very cold outside, had to wake up a couple of times over night, as to avoid waking up cold. Quite uncomfortable pillows. Fair enough beds.
Position, at the base of the slopes. Service, over the average kind staff. Very good food. Safe ski storage.

NetherlandsThey have a bar, but it's closed in the summer. The first room we got someone smoked in and left a pack of smoked cigs. However, they immediatly gave us a new room, no issue.
Breakfast was fine. Overall decent hotel/view, but with some flaws.

Free Parking and Wifi Easy Check-in and Check-out Comfy bed, nice white towels, Flatscreen TV, shower and a balcony with mountain views. Breakfast included price. Fruits, cereal, juices, coffee and tea, potatoes, scrambled eggs,cheese, rolls and jam etc. We had a nice stay.

We used the hotel as a stopover en route to Bergen from Dovrefjell. Our arrival was significantly delayed by a rock fall closing the E16 and we had to take a very long detour. I emailed the hotel explaining how we could miss dinner as a result and they kindly offered to feed us regardless of how late we were. Fortunately, we arrived before the restaurant closed but their offer was very reassuring!

loved the reception lady on duty on 3rd. We were made to feel welcome and she was interested In us and our day. The hotel is clean, warm and comfortable and dinner was excellent where again there was an attentive person looking after us. We will be back.

United KingdomFyi there is no mini-fridge, safe or telephone in the room, not that this affected our stay.
Location was great being right on the slopes with ski hire, cafes and restaurants close by. Our linked bedrooms had beautiful views over the ski slopes. Breakfast was good quality buffet style with lots available; the free coffee in reception area was a bonus. There are lockers available off the main reception to put skis in, ask reception for a key. The pizzas in the upstairs restaurant are a must !

United KingdomA little confusing re bus system to get to the hotel - public & free bus from hotel - do check the timings, there is a later bus from Voss train station on a Friday but not other days of the week. No where to buy any provisions if you want anything other than food from their own restaurants. Nearest shops in Voss which is 30/40 minutes away. A good supermarket style shop would be nice.
Excellent hotel & location, ski in ski out. Lovely areas to sit around the bar/reception. Excellent breakfast.

United KingdomUnlike the alps this resort was quite small and limited once off the slopes. There was a bar in the hotel and another opposite the hotel but Norway is expensive when it comes to extra curricula activities but that isn't the hotels fault. The hotel did miss out not having a spa or gym and the food options were limited with no room service
Location was fantastic! At the bottom of the slopes steped out of my skis and into the hotel just like in the alps. The hotel provided a free ski locker which was great. The staff also matched the location, they were always on hand and very helpful. Really enjoyed the area and this little ski slope :) Also ski hire and tour guides close by

NorwayThe bed was well arranged when we came, when i took out the duvet to hop on the bed, me and my husband saw small crumbs of what looked like potato chips on the bed linen.
The hotel is very nice, modern facilities and well kept. Extra plus for the electric car chargers available in the parking area. Very accomodating employees. 😊
